Digital Design Implementation Of Ganzhou Geographic Information Public Service Platform

Along with the economic development level of Ganzhou city gradually,to speed up the process,the status quo urgent needs of ordinary people to the city information service and information technology in Ganzhou city had a serious conflict,people need the government to provide car travel,tourism planning,landscape city,government agencies,schools,banks,hotels,cultural institutions and geographical space information.In addition,the Ganzhou City Department of construction of the informatization degree is not high,many departments to collect data form is single,content is relatively scarce,many fruits kept only on paper documents,text,audio and video formats,these departments to collect data is also very difficult for resource sharing,not only will lead to duplication of resources between departments will appear the purchase department,and the system will also appear within the phenomenon of duplication of production resources.In the face of these problems,through the analysis of the existing data and user groups in Ganzhou,this paper designs the overall framework of the digital Ganzhou geographic information public service platform,the database construction scheme,the system portal website and so on.Based on the MVC framework,the platform adopts the popular rich client technology,and integrates the GIS technology,AJAX technology,WebService and other technologies.The platform is built to realize the sharing of data and information among departments,improve work efficiency and save production costs.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)To explain the background of digital city construction and the development of digital cities at home and abroad,and to analyze the existing problems in the process of information technology in Ganzhou,and put forward the content and purpose of the digital city research.(2)Research and analysis of the existing basic data and hardware and software facilities in Ganzhou,identify the platform user objects,and complete the detailed functional requirements analysis of the platform.(3)It expounds the positioning and design principles of the platform construction,analyzes the key technologies involved in the platform,and completes the overall design of the platform,the design of key modules and the design of the platform security system.(4)Complete the detailed design of the framework database,portal,standard system and software and hardware conditions of the digital Ganzhou geographic information public service platform.(5)The general design idea of the public service platform is expounded.Based on the GIS database,the function of the platform is designed and realized.The basic function of the platform portal and the platform demonstration application system are introduced,and the key code of the system is described.
