The characteristic of electromagnetic scattering from rough surface and composite electromagnetic scattering from rough surface with target have an important theoretical significance and application value in the field of radar target imaging, radiation calibration, clutter suppression, marine engineering, medical imaging, wireless communication, target detection and microwave remote sensing etc.The electromagnetic scattering from rough surface with the alpha-stable distribution and composite electromagnetic scattering from rough surface with the alpha-stable distribution with target is studied using the method of moment in the condition of assuming that the incident wave is tapered wave. The main work and research results are listed as follows:1.The spatial domain building method is used to simulate the rough land surface with Alpha-stable distribution. The electromagnetic scattering from one-dimensional rough soil surface with alpha-stable distribution is studied using the method of moments in the condition of assuming that the incident wave is tapered wave. The varying curves of scattering coefficient with the stability coefficient, normalized scale parameter,cross-correlation length, the incident wave frequency and soil moisture is obtained, and the influence of them on the scattering coefficient is analyzed in detail.Secondly, the dielectric constant of silt loam is simulated based on the four component model, the composite electromagnetic scattering from the rough surface with alpha-stable distribution and triangular cross section column above it is studied under that the incident wave is tapered wave. The varying curves of scattering coefficient with the stability coefficient, normalized scale parameter,cross-correlation length, the incident wave frequency, soil moisture, the length of side, the azimuth angle and the buried depth oftriangular cross section column is obtained, and the influence of them on the composite scattering coefficient is analyzed in detail.2.The electromagnetic scattering from layered rough surface with alpha-stable distribution is studied using the moment method. The influence of relative parameters, the stability coefficient, normalized scale parameter,cross-correlation length, the incident wave frequency, the dielectric constant, the distance of layered rough surface on the scattering coefficient is analyzed. Then, the composite electromagnetic scattering from the layered rough surface with alpha-stable distribution and buried cylinder is studied. The influence of the stability coefficient, normalized scale parameter,cross-correlation length, the incident wave frequency, the distance of layered rough surface, the radius of cross section of the cylinder, the dielectric constant of medium under the rough surface on the composite scattering coefficient is analyzed.3.The characteristics of composite electromagnetic scattering from the rough surface with alpha-stable distribution and triangular cross section column above it and buried cylinder is studied using the moment of method under that the incident wave is tapered wave. The varying curve of the composite scattering coefficient with the scattering angle is obtained by numerical calculation. The influence of the stability coefficient, normalized scale parameter,cross-correlation length, the incident wave frequency etc on the composite scattering coefficient is analyzed.
