Application Of Geocoding Technology In Digital Yingtan Geographic Information Common Platform

At present,the degree of informatization in our country continues to deepen,at the same time,the concepts of “digital city” and “digital community” are also being promoted.one of the most important aspects of the meaning of these “digital XXs” is the establishment of a space-based location and a variety of The complex system of information organization provides fast,accurate,sufficient and complete spatial information for various applications.Geocoding is the process of mapping addresses into geographic coordinates.The core of address matching is to establish a standard place name address database and establish a dictionary base according to the characteristics of the local place name address.The purpose of building a dictionary store is to treat the matched address for word segmentation and establish a standard address.The purpose of the library is to give spatial information to the post-segmented address.This paper focuses on the research and design of digital Yingtan's geocoding database construction.First,based on the actual situation of domestic addresses,based on the reference of domestic and foreign geocoding technologies and drawing on the industry standards issued by the state,a standard address model and an address coding model that conforms to the current status of our country's address are designed to provide theoretical support for address data standardization and address encoding.The standard system and construction content of the geographical name address database were designed,the database model was designed,the database construction process was analyzed,and the data field collection program and a series of data processing standards after collection were discussed.Then according to the domestic address model,the sub-engine design mode is adopted,and different address matching engines are developed according to different geographical names to better address matching.At the same time,a solution to the problem of possible positioning accuracy in address matching is proposed.Finally,the theoretical research results and actual construction results of the above design analysis were applied to the digital platform of Yingtan Geographic Information,and the practical application of geocoding technology in the project was discussed in detail.
