Ultrasonic cleaning has the advantages of high cleaning quality,high speed.It is used more and more widely.At present,when the mechanical components are cleaned in batches,the parts will be shielded from each other and the shielded surface field strength cannot meet the cleaning requirements.Currently,there is no good solution to these problems in China.From the perspective of sound field propagation,this paper selects the most common disk components in an enterprise to conduct experiments,and studies the influence of the size and placement of disk components on the distribution of ultrasonic field strength.At present,the ultrasonic frequency used for cleaning mechanical parts in an enterprise is 28 KHz.Therefore,the ultrasonic transducer model number WNT42880 is selected for the study.The frequency is 28 KHz and the power is 80 W.The transducer is made into a cylindrical vibrator,the experimental method is used to analyze the distribution of the transducer's sound field,the experimental data is processed with matlab,the distribution characteristics of the sound field are analyzed,and the area is divided according to the strength of the sound field,and nonlinear regression is used.The region with strong sound field was fitted and the exponential equation was obtained.During the experiment,the field strength was found to increase with the increase of the liquid medium usage time.Experiments were designed for this purpose,and the basic laws of influence were obtained through experimental research,and the influence of impurities on the sound field was analyzed,and the removal of the cleaning solution was proposed.Influencing factors program.The experimental method studied the effect of the position of the workpiece and the size of the workpiece on the distribution of the sound field.Firstly,the sound field around the workpiece was firstly analyzed,the sound field enhancement region and the weakening region were divided,and then the sound field weakening region was studied to conclude that the distance S,offset L,workpiece diameter D,and thickness H of the workpiece and the vibrator The influence of sound field distribution in the district.
