Ultrasonic cleaning has obvious advantages in cleaning quality,aging,and environmental protection,and is increasingly widely used.However,when large disc-shaped workpieces are cleaned in batches,the sound field strength of the blocked surface of the parts cannot meet the cleaning requirements due to mutual blocking between parts,and the cleaning quality is poor.However,the research results on the sound field distribution of large-scale cleaning of large parts are rare.When designing the ultrasonic cleaning solution,according to the structural characteristics of the parts,the transducers and workpieces are reasonably arranged to ensure the sound field strength of all the surfaces to be cleaned,so as to form a sound field that meets the cleaning requirements.So predicting the distribution of the sound field becomes the key.For this reason,this paper uses numerical simulation,experimental analysis,and numerical analysis to study the effects of superimposed and radiated sound fields from multiple ultrasonic transducers on the sound field distribution.First,based on the numerical analysis software COMSOL Multiphysics,the sound field radiated by a single transducer is analyzed.Based on this,the superposition laws of the dual transducers at different arrangement angles,different sound source distances,and the sound field superimposed by multiple transducers are obtained.Regression model of sound field superposition law.Then,the experimental verification of the superimposed sound field regression model obtained by simulation analysis is performed.Based on the experimentally measured single-transducer sound field distribution and the superimposed sound field distribution of the two transducers in opposite and vertical arrangements,the superimposed sound field regression values and experiments are analyzed.The error between the values is used to obtain the error distribution of the superposition regression model of the sound field to verify the validity of the model.Thirdly,the influence of two disk-shaped workpiece occlusions on the sound field distribution is studied by a single factor experiment method.The sound field changes of different occlusion surfaces at different workpiece radii R,sound source distance S,and workpiece distance L are analyzed when the workpieces are placed in the forward and lateral directions.,The law of sound field change under different conditions is obtained.Finally,based on the results of a single-factor experimental study of mutual blocking of two disc-shaped workpieces,a BP network and GA-optimized BP network are used to establish a prediction model of the sound field changes on the mutual blocking surface of the workpiece,and the errors of the two prediction models are compared and analyzed.Two sets of random experiments are used to verify the predictions.Applicability of the model.
