Ultrasonic cleaning has the advantages of high cleaning efficiency,good quality,environmental protection,and adaptability to various surfaces,and has been widely used in various industrial fields.The transducer and the ultrasonic vibration plate are important parts of the ultrasonic cleaning equipment,and their related parameters directly affect the sound pressure amplitude of the cleaning sound field.The thesis mainly adopts experimental methods to study the influence of transducer array mode,transducer power,vibration surface structure size of vibrating plate on the distribution of sound field and sound pressure value,with a view to the effect of transducer array and vibrating plate Lay the foundation for design.1)An experimental platform for ultrasonic cleaning was built.On the basis of the YKTD-L1200 W ultrasonic cleaning machine,an ultrasonic vibration emission platform and a sound field measurement platform were designed and built.The ultrasonic vibration transmitting platform mainly includes an ultrasonic vibration plate and a transducer array,the transducer is driven by an ultrasonic generator;the sound field measurement platform mainly includes a numerical control motion platform and a hydrophone,etc.2)The near-field plane at a distance of 40 mm from the ultrasonic vibrating plate was selected,and the single-factor experiment of the power change of the transducer array and the influence of sound pressure was carried out.Using Origin software,the sound field distribution of the plane and the law of the influence of power on the sound pressure were obtained.A transducer array is composed of multiple transducers,and its arrangement will have a great influence on the sound field distribution.For this reason,three typical arrangements of high-power groups,centered,cornered,and cross-symmetrical,are designed.The experimental analysis has obtained three.The influence of two arrays on the near-field sound pressure.3)A single-factor experiment of sound field distribution was carried out on the nearfield plane 40 mm away from the ultrasonic vibrating plate,changing the length,width and thickness of the vibrating surface of the vibrating plate,and the influence law of the ultrasonic vibrating plate parameters on the sound field distribution was given with the aid of Origin software.4)Using the MINITAB software,the Taguchi orthogonal experiment was designed for the aforementioned factors.Through variance analysis and general multiple regression analysis,the influence of each factor on the sound pressure amplitude is compared,and the regression equation between the sound pressure value and each factor is fitted,and the sound pressure of any combination of different factor level values is realized Amplitude prediction.Through the signal-to-noise ratio analysis of experimental factors,the reliability of the experimental data and results is proved.
