With the rapid development of international informatization,the Information Communications Technology has been applied wildly in the process of national economic development.Information resources are gradually becoming one important production factor,which brings substantial influence to regional economy growth and social progress.The level of informationlizing reflects comprehensive strength nationally,promoting China's information society construction will enhance the national-wide ability of innovation,facilitate the optimization and upgrade of traditional industry structure,improve information technology used contribution to economy growth,achieve the national sustainable development.Based on panel data of china's 30 regions from 2002 to 2016,this paper first expounds the relationship between informatization and economy growth,and then conducts an influential path analysis about information communications technology on economic outputs.By establishing time-efficiency mode and time-price mode of different information products,this paper estimates the regional information technology capital stock,and analyses the level of regional informatization.According to spatial exploratory analysis,some spatial econometric models are used to estimate output elasticity coefficient,and then the paper make a comparison with results of traditional growth accounting.Finally,this paper measures the regional informationlized contribution to economic output and provides some relevant policy suggestions to promote china's information capability.The paper reveals:(1)Regional information level is promoting gradually and information capital proportion in GDP increases.On the basis of information calculated by perpetual inventory,the accumulation of information capital is faster than noninformation capital.The difference in the degree of informatization between provinces in China is still evident,and the information technology capital in the eastern region is relatively high,but the gap in information capital between different regions is gradually narrowing in the measurement period.(2)There is a significant spatial correlation in the process of regional economic development.The global Moran index is greater than zero for all years and the Moran scatter plot shows that most regions are located in the first and third quadrant,which demonstrates obvious spatial aggregation effect on regional economic output.(3)The results of spatial econometric estimation show that information and communication technologies have a significant role in promoting regional economic growth,and the contribution of informatization to economic growth has regional differences.(4)There are significant gaps in different measurement methods.There is obvious inconsistency between the spatial econometric model and the traditional growth accounting results.The traditional method may overestimate the contribution of informatization to economic growth.In the study of regional economic development,the existence of spatial correlation should be considered.
