The rapid development of the global economy has stimulated demand for energy such as oil,and at the same time has driven the demand for the construction of offshore projects.However,for a long time,due to its complicated structure,numerous systems,and small internal space,the offshore engineering project is difficult to construct and the schedule management is complex and varied.It is a challenge for the shipyard to build this type of ship.However,the traditional schedule management method of shipbuilding enterprises cannot meet the requirements of marine engineering for project schedule management.Loose schedules and linear functional management organizations cannot reach the full control of project schedule management.In response to this problem,this paper mainly studies the application of the progress management technology of offshore engineering projects.The first two chapters of the thesis introduce the background of the research,the significance of the research and the related theories of project management,and summarize the research status of foreign and domestic progress management,which lays a solid foundation for the application of subsequent theoretical knowledge.Then,based on the actual construction of the KL-1 offshore engineering project,through the analysis of the problems existing in the progress management of the offshore engineering projects completed in the early stage of the company,through questionnaires,interviews,etc.,find the deep-seated reasons affecting the progress management of offshore engineering projects,and propose The countermeasures and measures should be taken in the three major management aspects of organizational and institutional safeguards,project schedule development and project schedule control.Thirdly,there are problems in the three major management processes proposed in Chapter 3.The fourth chapter examines in detail the organizational and institutional safeguards adopted for the KL-1 project schedule management.Through the above work,the past problems have been effectively eliminated.The repetition occurs.The fifth chapter specifically studies the development process of the KL-1 offshore engineering project schedule.Including the decomposition of project objectives and work organization structure;determine the list of project operation activities;determine the logical relationship between project activities and project activity schedule;prepare project schedules and other content.Finally,based on the technology and method of project schedule management,the application of earned value method in the progress control management process of KL-1 offshore engineering project is studied.The seventh chapter introduces the research conclusions,summarizes the achievements and shortcomings of the research,and further proposes the direction of subsequent improvement.
