With the improvement of social living standards,economic development,environmental protection requirements are also higher and higher,natural gas relatively clean energy is more and more favored by people,demand is strong.China has abundant natural gas resources,and its reserves and output have been increasing continuously,which are widely used in various fields.Conventional natural gas production is limited,and there is a huge demand gap with consumption.China has abundant unconventional natural gas resources,which is an important area for the development of natural gas production.How to make good use of unconventional natural gas resources is very important for improving the natural gas supply industry chain.China is rich in unconventional natural gas resources.Shale gas is comparable to that in the United States.Shale gas fields in Ordos Basin,Sichuan Basin and coal bed gas in Northeast and North China have developed greatly.The distribution of unconventional natural gas resources in China is characterized by small accumulation.Optimizing the development of unconventional natural gas,choosing reasonable pipeline transportation mode and constructing reasonable and effective operation mode will become an important link in the field of natural gas development.The construction of natural gas pipeline network in developed countries in Europe and America has a long history.The length of long-distance trunk pipeline has exceeded 1.5 million kilometers,and the branch pipeline network is in all directions.It can reach all kinds of end users without too much connection.One of the important reasons for the "Shale Gas Revolution" in the United States is that it has developed natural gas network system,perfect infrastructure,high matching degree between distribution of shale gas fields and pipeline network construction planning.The developed shale gas can be directly connected to regional and national pipeline network without too much auxiliary transportation,and the policy is transparent and the price is stable.Rapid development.The development of shale gas in the United States has led to unconventional development in the world and set a benchmark for unconventional natural gas development in the world.Countries are competing to carry out this research.China's pipeline network construction is in the initial stage of development,and the overall scale is lagging behind.The construction of the West-East Gas Pipeline as the main network has spurred the construction of a nationwide natural gas pipeline network,and also promoted the construction of storage and transportation facilities and branch pipeline networks.The management method and the pricing mechanism for the management of the pipeline have been further streamlined.With reference to foreign advanced technology and self-exploration,the operational base and management capabilities of China's natural gas pipeline network facilities have also reached the world level.Through the comparative study of pipeline network construction between China and developed countries,the distribution of unconventional gas fields,from the perspective of matching degree,the degree of matching in local areas is high,the overall matching is insufficient,the pipe network is dense and the coverage rate is low,and the construction of natural gas pipeline network should be accelerated and strengthened.Strengthen infrastructure construction,expand the construction of branch line,and expand the degree of interconnection.Improve system management and find ways to reduce pipeline operating costs.Promotion has formed operational management experience and improved pipeline operation safety.Improve the intelligence and information management capabilities of the pipeline network,optimize the operation of the pipeline network,competitively and progressively reform the price formation mechanism of the national natural gas access pipeline network,and implement relevant preferential policies.
