Consensus Measurement Method For Probabilistic Fuzzy Linguistic Information In Multi-attribute Group Decision Making

Decision problems exist in our daily lives.People often prefer to express their preferences by linguistic terms instead of quantitative forms,so linguistic decisions are playing important roles in all areas.Probabilistic linguistic term sets can not only be given directly by the decision maker,but also can be obtained through large groups,so as one of discrete fiuzzy sets,the probabilistic linguistic term sets has a strong practicality in decision-makings.However,due to the study of the probabilistic linguistic term set has just started,the existing aggregation method is irrational,and there are few researches on the multi-attribute group decision-making method.Therefore,this paper is based on the existing research,carry out a new consensus measuring method and a new aggregation methods,then hereby establish a multi-attribute group decision-making methods of probabilistic linguistic term sets.Its main feature is consider the consistency of experts to make decisions when the weights of the decision-makers are unknown.The main research results are as follows:(1)A new aggregation method is proposed for probabilistic linguistic term sets,which makes the aggregation result retain the language information of the original probabilistic linguistic term set,keep the initial opinion of the decision maker consistent,avoid the loss of probability information in the calculation process,and the calculation is simpler;(2)A method of measuring the similarity measure of probabilistic linguistic term sets is proposed.Based on this method,the method of determining the weight of the decision maker is proposed.The results indicate this method can effectively measure the consistency between groups and achieve a good purpose of aggregation;(3)A multi-attribute group decision-making method is proposed to solve the problem of multi-attribute group decision-making for probabilistic linguistic term sets.This method is not only applicable to the situation that the decision makers give their evaluation directly,but also suitable for large-group decision-making.It considers the aggregation among groups,determines the weights,then aggregates the weight and decision makers' evaluation information to puts forward a new method of aggregation.The results show that the proposed method is simpler and the final decision results include the probability information of the ranking.The results of this paper not only enrich the multi-attribute group decision-making method of probability language term set,but also provide an important method basis for solving the practical multi-attribute group decision problem.
