Owing to the complexity of the real world and the fuzziness of human thinking,it is more suitable for decision makers to describe the evaluation information by qualitative variables.Probabilistic linguistic terms sets(PLTSs)can not only describe the situation that decision makers may hesitate among several linguistic variables(LTs)during decision-making process,but also accurately express the preference degree of decision makers for different LTs,which is a very effective method to deal with multi-attribute decision-making problems.In this paper,the multi-criteria decision making problems of PLTS are studied.The main study results are as follows:Two group decision-making methods based on the probabilistic linguistic weighted centered order weighted generalized Heronian mean(PLWCOHM)operator and the probabilistic linguistic weighted power generalized Heronian mean(PLWPHM)operator are proposed.In this dissertation,we extend the central ordered weighted average(COWA)operator,the power average(PA)operator and the heronian average(HM)operator to the probabilistic linguistic environment,and obtain the probabilistic linguistic weighted centered OWA(PLWCOWA)operator,the probabilistic linguistic weighted power averaging(PLWPA)operator,and the probabilistic linguistic weighted Heronian mean(PLWHM)operator.Considering the individual dominance of PLWCOWA operator and PLWPA operator and the group interaction of PLWHM operator,the PLWCOHM operator and PLWHM operator are proposed.Furthermore,two methods of group information integration are constructed,and the corresponding group decision-making methods are given.The effectiveness and flexibility of the proposed methods are verified by an example and comparative analysis.Two group decision-making methods based on regret theory are proposed.In this dissertation,we combine the negative ideal schemes and MABAC method with the regret theory,and propose two weight optimization models for maximizing the comprehensive perceived utility,based on which the group decision-making methods are given.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed methods are illustrated by an instance and sensitivity analysis.A case study is carried out.The probabilistic linguistic decision-making methods proposed in this paper are applied to evaluate and select the construction location of infectious disease hospital from three aspects,including the principle of safety and effectiveness,the principle of convenient treatment,and the principle of economic benefit.At the same time,the results are analyzed and some suggestions are put forward.
