Research On Consensus Group Decision-making Based On Probabilistic Linguistic Sets

In acturally multiple attribute decision making(MADM)problems,because of the wide range of data sources,the uncertainty of decision-making information and the difference of people's subjective perception,the decision makers prefer to express their evaluations with linguistic variables,such as “good”,“high”,or “poor”etc.At present,the research of multi-attribute decision making is one of the hot topics in modern decision science.This paper mainly studies the multi-attribute decision making methods for probabilistic linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy set(PLq?ROFS)and uncertain linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy set(ULq?ROFS),and applies the corresponding multi-attribute decision making methods to practical decision problems.The main contents are shown as follows:Chapter 1: made a simple summary of the research background,the research significance;the paper's research status;and introduced this paper's main content and structure.Chapter 2: we introduce some basic concepts of linguistic term set,probabilistic linguistic set;linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy set;uncertain linguistic variable and linguistic scale function.Chapter 3: we defined the probabilistic linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy set.The operational laws are introduced based on the adjusted probabilistic linguistic q?rung orthopair fuzzy sets which have the same probability;we proposed the score function and the accuracy function based on probabilistic linguistic q?rung orthopair fuzzy numbers(PLq?ROFNs),we introduce the probabilistic linguistic q?rung orthopair fuzzy weighted averaging(PLq?ROFWA)operator,the linguistic q?rung orthopair fuzzy weighted geometric(PLq?ROFWG)operator and the distance measures between PLq?ROFNs.Finally,an illustrative example is provided to illustrate the proposed method.Its effectiveness are verified by comparison with traditional TOPSIS method,and the sensitivity analysis and stability analysis of the behavior parameters are also given.Chapter 4: similar to Chapter 3,this chapter,the operational laws of adjusted PLq?ROFSs based on linguistic scale function(LSF)are introduced,we defined the score function,the accuracy function,the aggregate operators and the distance measure of probabilistic linguistic q?rung orthopair fuzzy numbers based on the LSF.Considering the inconsistency between the individual information and aggregated information in decision?making process,we define a consensus testing process and a consensus repairing process in probabilistic linguistic q?rung orthopair fuzzy environment,and develop a consensus behavioral TOPSIS method in probabilistic linguistic q?rung orthopair fuzzy environment.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method and a comparative analysis is made.Chapter 5: we defined the uncertain linguistic q-rung orthopair fuzzy set.We proposed operational laws,the score function;the accuracy function;correlation measure;the distance measure and the aggregate operator of uncertain linguistic q?rung orthopair fuzzy numbers.Considering the inconsistency between the individual information and aggregated information in decision?making process,we define a consensus testing process and a consensus repairing process in uncertain linguistic q?rung orthopair fuzzy environment,and develop a consensus behavioral TOPSIS method in uncertain linguistic q?rung orthopair fuzzy environment.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed method and a comparative analysis is made.Chapter 6: Some conclusions and future research are proposed.
