Hydro Power Generation in Shougang Jingtang iron and steel is an effective energy saving method for system,which can highly increase the rate of comprehensive utilization of energy.The device of Hydro Power Generation directly connect sea water desalination apparatus and steam turbine exhaust port together,which are excellently correlated.Sea water desalination can highly decrease the production cost by using low quality steam turbine negative pressure exhaust.The First Unit of Seawater desalination based on Hydropower Can be seen as a hub for the energy conversion,whose temperature control is focus and difficultiy.And the Temperature control process is onlinearity,parameter time-varying and hysteresis.Therefore,it is necessary to do research on Temperature control of the concentrated brine.The first chapter introduces the present situation of water resources in China,the development of seawater desalination,the research status of intelligent control algorithm in temperature control and the main research contents of this paper.The second chapter The second chapter summarizes the process of Hydro Power Generation in Shougang Jingtang.The working principle,process flow and operation mode selection of seawater desalination system are studied in this chapter.The third chapter describes the requirements of the control system of Seawater desalination based on Hydropower.According to design principle,The hardware and software system is studied and designed.In order to solve the problem of mutual monitoring in Power generation system and sea water desalination system,we study OPC technology and how to realize the mutual communication and monitoring of the important data of the seawater desalination and power generation system through OPC technology.In this paper,the key technologies of water and power generation system are studied,which has important significance for the safe and stable operation of the Seawater desalination.In the fourth chapter,a fuzzy adaptive tuning PID temperature controller is designed for the control of the temperature of the first unit concentrated brine,and the control effect is proved by MATLAB simulation.At the same time,the corresponding PLC program is studied,which can provide the guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the whole Hydro Power Generation system.The last chapter analyzes the production efficiency of the seawater desalination system based on hydro power and water power,and the significance for the second phase seawater desalination project.
