| With the rapid development of e-commerce,the logistics express industry has provided a broad market space,and the logistics express industry has also developed rapidly in recent years.However,in the process of rapid development of express industry,many problems have been exposed.The most prominent problems are the high cost,low efficiency and frequent security problems of logistics "last kilometer".Based on the current situation,this paper designs an end distribution mode that implements joint distribution at the end of logistics express delivery,and use data mining technology to plan end distribution system.At present,express delivery enterprises can accumulate a large amount of data from the terminal distribution service,which contains abundant resources of the client,so as to provide strong support for the front-end market.Using these data combined with data mining technology,the efficiency and service quality of logistics express terminal distribution can be improved.Establishing an effective terminal joint distribution point suitable for China’s national conditions and integrating the "last kilometer"distribution services of various express companies will improve logistics efficiency,lower logistics costs and enhance logistics services.This paper first elaborates on terminal delivery,joint distribution and data mining,then summarizes the advantages of joint distribution.And based on the mode of terminal joint distribution,the whole logistics express delivery process and operation mode are designed and sorted out.Secondly,aiming at the selection of joint distribution mode,a data mining method is proposed to analyze the problem,and a model of joint distribution mode selection is established and solved by using case data.Thirdly,the clustering algorithm is used to solve the location problem of terminal distribution points,and the actual case is analyzed.Finally,the economic benefits of terminal joint distribution compared with the existing terminal distribution model are quantitatively analyzed.The conclusion is drawn that the cost of terminal logistics distribution will be reduced by about 20%after the terminal joint distribution is implemented in the terminal communities studied.Based on the analytic hierarchy process,the paper compares the two terminal distribution systems,and draws the conclusion that the terminal joint distribution system is obviously superior to the existing distribution system. |
