With the increasing popularity of e-commerce,the rapid development of online supermarkets has made the way customers purchase goods diversified. As a result,it has caused a big impact on the operation of physical supermarket chains and seized a large market share of supermarket chains.Physical stores need to attract customers by lowering the price of goods, but the total cost of goods is high. The reason for logistics costs accounts for a large part.Due to the complexity of its transportation network and the cumbersome distribution,it is necessary to consider how Effectively reduce logistics costs. The process of cross-docking operations can be used as an effective logistics strategy.Compared with the traditional distribution centers with high inventory costs, the cross-docking center can increase the liquidity of products without storing goods. In addition,in the actual transportation,in order to better utilize the loading capacity of the vehicle, the transportation of vehicles of different models is considered on the premise of full load as much as possible to achieve economies of scale, thereby reducing the fixed cost of the vehicle. The distribution link of the supermarket chain will be considered to optimize the research of the cross-docking operation and the multi-vehicle vehicle route. The optimized route and reasonable vehicle transportation will reduce the logistics cost of the supermarket chain and improve the competitiveness of the supermarket. Therefore, this paper is more practical for the logistics distribution of supermarket chains to consider the multi-vehicle vehicle path optimization research.First consider the multi-vehicle vehicle path optimization study of the singletransportation distribution center. The distribution process is divided into two stages of collection and delivery. At the same time, taking into account the diversification of product types, the vehicle collection process is adopted at the same time, and the delivery process is split and combined according to the order requirements, according to the weight of the item.Different models are delivered. The multi-vehicle vehicle routing model of the single-transfer distribution center with the goal of minimizing vehicle transportation cost and fixed cost is established.Considering the complexity of the problem,an improved genetic algorithm is proposed. Finally, the model and algorithm are validated and analyzed with examples. In addition, according to the actual situation,it is considered that the same type of suppliers are concentrated in a certain area.In order to further reduce the transportation cost of the vehicle, the multi-vehicle vehicle routing problem of the multi-transfer distribution center is considered. The logistics process is divided into two stages: collection and delivery. The same type of vehicle is used at the same time to collect the goods. The delivery process uses multiple models of delivery. To this end,the transportation cost and fixed cost of the vehicle are minimized.A multi-vehicle vehicle path optimization model with multiple trans-shipment distribution centers;considering the complexity of the model, the design improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the model, and the initial population is generated by the scanning algorithm;finally, the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified.Through the analysis of the established model, the cross-docking operation is applied to the Hundreds of Supermarkets.Through the research on the Hundreds of Supermarkets, the cross-docking operation can supply the supermarkets in time, improving the operational efficiency of the supermarket chain.Costs, storage costs and other aspects have significant advantages, reducing logistics costs. Finally, through the comparative analysis of the single-transfer distribution center and the multi-transportation distribution center, considering the multi-vehicle vehicle route of the multi-transportation distribution center can reduce the total cost of goods more effectively.
