The development of rural economy is an indispensable part in the realization of the comprehensive construction of a moderately well-off society,and the development of rural e-commerce logistics helps to develop the rural economy.By the attention of various ministries,the State Council and the Ministry of Communications and other departments have issued relevant documents in recent years.Logistics enterprises is a important part of rural e-commerce logistics development,trying to expand the business to rural areas,to provide rural residents better e-commerce shopping experience.However,due to some of the inherent characteristics of our countryside makes it difficult for logistics enterprises to profit,which hinders the development of agricultural promotion of e-commerce.Therefore,this paper draws on relevant research at home and abroad,proposes the issue of rural e-commerce logistics vehicle path in the context of government policy support,and builds the relevant model.The following work has been accomplished:First of all,the research background and significance of this paper is elaborated,and the current status of domestic and international research in four aspects of rural ecommerce logistics: last kilometer problem,vehicle route problem and orientation problem are summarized,which lays a theoretical foundation for the subsequent research work.Secondly,we analyzed the relevant characteristics of rural e-commerce logistics in China and obtained the characteristics of low consumption density,high distribution costs and inadequate hardware facilities.Analyze the government's policy support for the development of rural e-commerce logistics,and summarizes two major categories of common ways to solve path planning problems.Construct a model of the rural e-commerce logistics vehicle path problem considering government policy support,which will aim at maximizing the profits of logistics firms.Analyze the various costs in the operation process,and abstracted them into two categories,fixed cost and operating cost.A genetic algorithm is designed to solve the model,and study the level of government support under which the firm can be profitable and how long the policy should be implemented to enable local scale effects,so as to achieve profitability without policy support.
