Through exercise intervention, this study observed the changes of some body morphology indexes of obese youth after 4 weeks aerobic exercise combined diet control, and discussed the effects of aerobic exercise combined diet control on body weight and other body forms of obese youth after a closed "weight loss camp" model. In order to provide theoretical basis and practical reference for the obese youth to lose weight effectively in the short term.Research methods:The study was conducted on the voluntary participation of 80 obese young people(40men and 40 women each)in the 2017 Wuhan Institute of Physical Education. After screening,76 of them were selected,17 ± 0.88 years old, with an average BMI > 35.9 ± 9.2.Among them, there are 37 obese young men, with an average body fat rate of 34.4 ± 3.6 %and an average age of 17 ± 0.8 years; There are 39 obese young women with an average body fat rate of 38.6 ± 3.6 % and an average age of 17 ± 1.0 years. Before entering the camp, they all receive medical examinations and medical history inquiries from professional doctors. On the day before and after the camp, some body morphological indicators, functional indicators, and biochemical indicators were measured. The morphological indicators included height, weight, shoulder circumference, upper arm circumference, chest circumference, waist circumference, hip circumference, thigh circumference, body fat rate,BMI,etc..According to the morphological indicators, the relevant derived indicators are calculated. The morphological derived indicators include: BMI,WHt R,HHt R,and WHR.Functional indicators include: grip force(right hand),back force, lung capacity, quiet heart rate, and blood pressure.Biochemical indicators are: total cholesterol(TC),glycerol triglyceride(TG),high-density lipoprotein(HDL-C),low-density lipoprotein(LDL-C),fasting blood sugar(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),Calculate LDL-C / HDL-C and TC/HDL-C ratios. In a four-week closed environment, the subjects were integrated into food, accommodation and training, and suitable weight loss training plans and dietary arrangements were formulated according to the individual conditions of the subjects. This study focuses on low-intensity aerobic sports, such as freehand aerobics, apparatus aerobics, supplemented by basketball, table tennis, badminton and other activities.Combining the age and weight of the subjects, professional dietitians formulated a scientific diet plan to ensure the daily supply of calories and nutrients. The energy supply of the three major nutrients of protein, fat, and carbohydrates was 20 %,15 %,and 65 %,respectively. And ensure a variety of vitamins and trace elements.Using spss20.0 packages to process data, the data is represented by an average± standard deviation(X ± Sd),P < 0.05 indicates that the change is statistically significant, and P<0.01 indicates that the change is very significant.Results:(1)Changes of body morphology index of male and female subjects before and after weight loss After 4 weeks of closed weight loss camp training, under the combination of moderate and low-intensity combined exercise and dietary control, the 76 participants in the training had a significant decrease in all indicators and pre-weight loss ratios(P<0.01).Between the sexes, the indicators are rising or falling simultaneously; However, the rate of change in the same indicator was different for different genders.Among the male subjects, the most obvious indicators of change were: weight and body fat,but the female subjects were weight and waist circumference, that is,there was a difference between men and women.Among them, the average weight of male students decreased by 12.1 % and the body fat rate decreased by14.5 %;Women lost an average of 9.7 % weight and 9.5 % waist circumference(2)Average weight and percentage of weight loss in male and female subjects during weight loss After four weeks of closed weight loss training, male subjects lost more weight than female subjects during the four weeks, both in terms of weight loss and percentage of weight loss. The average weight of male subjects dropped by 13 kg,and the percentage of weight loss reached 12.1 %;The average weight of the female subjects dropped by 8.4 kg and the percentage of weight loss was 9.7 %.Judging from the downward trend, the overall weight loss trend is decreasing, but the results of this study are different from those of previous studies in detail, that is,the previous studies were the fastest decline in the first two weeks and the second two weeks were slow. The results of this study showed that the rate of decline was fast for odd weeks and slow for occasional weeks.(3)Changes of derived body morphology index of male and female subjects before and after weight loss After 4 weeks of joint mode weight loss, all four morphological derived indicators have decreased, and BMI,WHt R,and WHR have a very significant decrease compared to before weight loss, with significant statistical significance(P<0.01).Among them,BMI fell the most, with a rate of change exceeding 10 per cent, followed by WHt R with a rate of decline of close to 10 per cent. However, from a gender perspective, there was a certain gender difference between male and female subjects. The decline rate of male BMI and WHR was much higher than that of women, but in the downward trend of WHt R and HHt R,the trend of male and female was reversed.Male subjects fell significantly less than female subjects, but still showed a downward trend.(4)Changes of function index of male and female subjects before and after weight loss After 4 weeks of low-intensity combined exercise in a closed weight loss camp combined with dietary regulation, the improvement of functional indicators such as grip, back, lung capacity, and heart rate of obese young people was very significant and had significant statistical significance(P<0.01).There were significant differences in the reduction of grip strength, lung capacity and blood pressure in obese young men after weight loss(P<0.01)The increase in back force was significant(P < 0.05);After weight loss, the overall change of functional indicators of obese young women was not significant for men,and the changes in grip strength and heart rate were very significant(P<0.01)The back force, lung capacity, and blood pressure were also improved(P<0.05),but the diastolic pressure in female subjects was not significantly changed(P<0.05).(5)Changes of some biochemical indexes of male and female subjects before and after weight loss Before weight loss, the average values of TC,TG,FBG,FINS,and blood pressure in male and female subjects were abnormal, but after aerobic exercise to lose weight, all biochemical indicators decreased in large areas(P<0.01).The average of each biochemical index returned to normal. After weight loss combined with exercise and diet control mode, the TC and HDL-C values of the subjects decreased, which was statistically significant.TG,FBG,and FINS decreased significantly and had very significant statistical significance. However, from the comparison of blood pressure, there is a gender difference. The LDL-C change in obese young women is significantly higher than that of obese young men.Male LDL-C decreased from 1.24 ± 0.31(mmol/L)to 1.18 ± 0.37(mmol/L)but had no statistical significance(P < 0.05),while the HDL-C / LDL-C ratio increased significantly.Statistical significance.Research results:ow intensity aerobic exercise, combined diet control on the obese youth weight, body fat rate and other physical shape of the more significant effects.4 weeks aerobic exercise combined with diet control is an effective program to reduce the weight and body fat rate of obese young people and provide theoretical basis and practical reference for obese young people to lose weight effectively in the short term.
