The Problems And Countermeasures Of Geological Data Collection In Qinghai Geological Exploration Fund Projects

Geological data collection is the process of collecting and classifying the original,physical and achievements data formed in geological work,and hand over to the administrative department of natural resources.The state carries on the unified management to the geological data collected,facilitates the service utilization to the public,avoids the duplication of work,saves the geological exploration cost,and can give full play to the social and economic benefits of geological data.A large number of public welfare,basic,strategic geological survey and mineral resources exploration geological data formed by geological exploration fund projects in Qinghai Province have been playing an active role in realizing major breakthroughs in geological prospecting work in the whole province and providing resources guarantee for serving economic and social development.However,in recent years,the untimely collection of geological data in Qinghai geological exploration fund projects has been affecting the conversion and utilization of geological results,seriously hindering and restricting the level of geological data services for economic and social development in Qinghai Province,and to a certain extent increasing the risk of duplication of work and investment.By studying the present situation of geological data collection in Qinghai geological exploration fund projects and combining with the investigation work,five main problems are analyzed and summarized.Rules and regulations are obsolete,the binding force is not strong;The assessment index is not scientific and the enthusiasm of collection is not high;The strength of the collection is weak and the business training is not in place;The number of converged data collection is increasing and the technical strength of the collection agencies is scarce.Put forward specific countermeasures and suggestions is necessary in the aspects of supervision and management of geological data collection,construction of honesty and self-discipline mechanism of undertaking unit,expanding talent team of geological data management and enhancing consciousness of geological data collection,etc.In order to improve the efficiency of results transformation,and provide timely and efficient service for the society.
