There are abundant natural resources in the ocean such as oil and natural gas.But the maritime environment is unpredictable.In order to effectively avoid the impact of maritime natural disasters on the offshore construction,it is necessary to monitor the maritime environment in real time,and transmit early warning of the emergent maritime environment changes timely.Combined with the monitoring and early warning requirements of offshore construction on internal wave,this project developed a marine observation data collection and early warning pushing system,which integrates the functions of marine observation data collection,satellite data transmission,database management,internal wave monitoring and early warning.The hardware platform of the system is set up on the marine moored subsurface buoy equipment,and the software platform of the system was set up in the local server.According to the functions,the system could be divided into data collection terminal,satellite communication terminal,data receiving terminal and early warning pushing terminal.The main function of the data collection terminal is to periodically collect the real-time data of the marine observation instrument with the control module carried on the moored subsurface buoy equipment,and send the collected data to the satellite communication terminal through serial port communication.The main function of the satellite communication terminal is to send the collected real-time observation data to the iridium gateway in a way of satellite transmission with the iridium satellite communication module to wait for users to retrieve.The data receiving terminal is set up in the local data server,whose main function is to retrieve the collected data in real time with the Direct IP protocol of iridium gateway,and classify the data according to observation instruments and collection time,and then store them in the ocean observation database.The early warning pushing terminal is set up in local data server,whose main function is to analyze and process the collected data in real time,monitor the internal wave at sea,and carry out disaster early warning according to the scale of internal wave to guide the offshore construction.This project has successfully developed the marine observation data collection and early warning pushing system,and proved that the system could adapt to the extreme conditions at sea,and realize the real-time collection of observation data through the offshore satellite communication test,the data collection and retrieving test in the north of the South China Sea,and the internal wave early warning test in the north of the South China Sea.We processed the non-real-time data of long-time complete thermohaline chain recycled by subsurface buoy,and compared with the real-time monitoring and early warning results.The results showed that the system could realize timely detection and early warning for large-scale internal wave,and further verified the accuracy of internal wave monitoring and early warning system for internal wave at sea.In conclusion,the system had a good application prospect for guiding offshore construction at sea and avoiding natural disaster.
