With the rapid development of big data,Internet of Things,smart devices and network technologies,most of the information in our lives,such as text,images,audio,video and other information must be transmitted by the network.On the one hand,the network brings convenience to people's life,on the other hand,some lawbreakers will use the network to steal information,which brings great hidden dangers to people's information security.The memristive chaotic system is a kind of non-linear system,which has the characteristics of randomness,uncertainty and high sensitivity to initial values.Therefore,it is very important to study its application in information security.In current study,a memristive equivalent circuit was designed by using diodes,resistors,capacitors and inductors,while a 5-D memristive chaotic circuit was designed by using this circuit,integrators,inverters,and applied to image encryption.The main research work findings are as follows:(1)An equivalent circuit with the same voltage-ampere relationship as the memristor made by HP laboratory was designed.The circuit validation showed that the results were basically parallel to the theoretical analysis.Compared with the memristive equivalent circuit realized by op-amp and multiplier,this circuit has simpler structure,Hardware is easier to implement.(2)A 5-D memristive chaotic circuit was designed by using the equivalent circuit of memristor and operational amplifier,and the mathematical model was established.The numerical solution has been carried out by the Runge-Kutta algorithm.Finally,the characteristics of the system were analyzed by nonlinear dynamics theory.The results showed that chaotic phenomena occur in the system within a suitable range of parameters.(3)A NIOS II softcore is designed by using FPGA,and the memristive chaotic system is Euler discretized and written into C code.An IP core is designed for TLC5618 DAC chip which conforms to Avalon bus.Finally,after synthesis,compiled and burned to the FPGA,using oscilloscope to observe the waveform found that the results are basically consistent with the numerical results.(4)Finally,an image encryption scheme based on memristive chaotic system and DNA coding is designed.The encryption performance of the scheme after image testing showed good encryption performance,Hence,it can be applied in image communication encryption system.
