Study On Land Use Efficiency Of The Economic Development Zones In Shanxi Province Under The Background Of Resource-based Economic Transformation

At present,China’s economic development has entered a new stage,and put forward higher requirements for the transformation and development of resource-based economy.As an important growth pole supporting the economic development of Shanxi Province,the Economic Development Zone should follow the trend and embark on the road of transformation.However,most economic development zones in Shanxi Province have not regarded connotative development as an important starting point for achieving economies of scale,and there have been problems such as blind expansion and inefficient use of land.In the context of resource-based economic transformation,how to use land resources more rationally and efficiently,and to play the role of resource element allocation has become an urgent problem to be solved.Studying the land use efficiency of the Shanxi Economic Development Zone under the background of resource-based economic transformation can not only provide a broader and comprehensive perspective for the evaluation of land use efficiency in the development zone,but also improve the overall efficiency of land use in the development zone."Quality expansion" has practical significance.Based on the research results of land use efficiency in development zones at home and abroad,this paper selects and selects 8 representative indicators based on the economic,social and ecological efficiency of land use,and builds a comprehensive evaluation system of land use efficiency in the development zone,using data envelope.The analytical method BCC model is used to measure the efficiency value,and the Malmquist productivity change index is used to characterize the efficiency change from a dynamic perspective.In addition,the gray correlation analysis method is used to analyze the important factors affecting the land use efficiency of Shanxi Economic Development Zone.According to the requirements of resource-based economic transformation,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the land use efficiency of Shanxi Economic Development Zone are put forward.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the measurement of efficiency value,the land production efficiency of Shanxi Economic Development Zone shows an overall growth trend,and the increase of technical efficiency contributes to the increase of productivity index of Shanxi Economic Development Zone.High,and the lack of technologicalprogress will hinder the growth of the productivity index.(2)On the basis of considering the economic development status,social construction status and ecological environment improvement of the development zone,eight indicators affecting the land use efficiency of the Shanxi Economic Development Zone were selected,and the comprehensive influencing factors were measured by the grey correlation degree to Shanxi Province.The impact of land use efficiency in economic development zones.(3)In the context of resource-based economic transformation,measures such as improving the efficiency of all input factors,releasing land use potential,upgrading industrial structure,and rationally planning parks are all conducive to improving the land use efficiency of the Shanxi Economic Development Zone.
