The Resources Situation And Exploration Investment Selection Analysis Of Global Bauxite

As the world's largest aluminium consumer,China is short of domestic resources,and the imbalance between supply and demand leads to a high degree of external dependence.In this context,by understanding the global distribution and distribution of aluminium resources and endowment characteristics,the metallogenic types and rules of hexaaluminium are summarized.Finally,the strategic selection of overseas investment is put forward,which has certain significance.The nature,types and distribution of global bauxite resources are studied.Bauxite reserves are concentrated.Guinea,Australia,Brazil,Jamaica,Vietnam and Indonesia have proved that bauxite reserves account for 72.3% of the total global bauxite reserves.The main types of bauxite are laterite type,sedimentary type and karst type.The development and utilization of laterite type resources have the best prospects.Based on the fact that the main uses of aluminium are construction,transportation,household appliances,aircraft and automobile manufacturing industries,it is expected that the total global aluminium consumption will increase slightly in the next five years.From the perspective of consumption structure,the demand for aluminium materials in new energy vehicles and aerospace industries will increase dramatically,which will lead to the transformation and upgrading of aluminium consumption structure.It is concluded that the global supply of bauxite and alumina is relatively loose.The hot spot of bauxite exploration is mainly the Bofa area of Guinea,which has gathered a large number of international mining giants.With the increase of bauxite supply in China,Malaysia and Guinea,the global bauxite supply is basically stable.Combining the resource potential and investment environment as well as the active degree of Chinese-funded enterprises,this paper delineates the overseas investment constituencies.Vietnam,Laos and Indonesia in Southeast Asia and Guinea in West Africa are considered as the main investment constituencies.Vietnam and Indonesia are important constituencies for the transfer of alumina production capacity.The layout of primary aluminium industry can consider India,Middle East and Guinea in West Africa.Finally,suggestions are put forward to ensure the supply of aluminium resources,to maintain a reasonable scale of raw aluminium production capacity,to adjust the product structure of aluminium materials in a timely manner,to intensify efforts to promote product upgrading and to adapt to the development of new industries.
