The tribe Pulvinairiini belonging to Hemiptera,Coccomorpha,Coccidae, was eatablished by Ashmead in 1891.Its type genus is Pulvinaria Targioni Tozzetti,1866.This tribe is distinct morphologically in that adult females secrete white ovisacs from the underside of abdomen, lifting the body. Some species are important forestry pests. Therefore, the taxonomy study to Chinese Pulvinairiini is indispensable. In this paper, the classification systems of Hodgson(1994)were adopt, but the genus Chloropulvinaria Borchsenius,1952 and Eupulvinaria Borchsenius were merged into Pulvinaria Targioni Tozzetti in 1953.And Takahashia Cockerell,1896 transfer to the tribe Pulvinairiini. At first, the studies at home and abroad were summarized, and then the materials and methods were introduced.Nine genera and 31 species of Pulvinairiini in China were recorded, including:one new record genus to China,Leptopulvinaria Kanda,1960;one new species,Leptopulvinaria sapinda He,Han&Wu,2018.15 species of Pulvinairiini were described and 17 figures were attached. The immature female instars of Takahashia japonica Cockerell were firstly described.Keys to genera, species of Pulvinairiini and instar of Takahashia japonica in China were given. All specimens studied are deposited in the Insect Collection,Beijing Forestry University,China(BFUC).
