In recent years,Civil Aviation business has developed rapidly,timely and accurate understanding of the AWOS data of each localized field station is of great significance to aviation safety.Therefore,in order to meet the needs of business development,and to improve the level of aviation meteorological services in the Northwest,it is necessary to construct a meteorological automatic observation data of the distributed shared system in the northwest region.At present,ATC meteorological observation in China relaies on both an operation mode of automatic observation and manual observation,in most areas the automation of observation and data transmission have been realized.However,the coverage is only in the crowded cities with large flight areas in the seven major flight areas.For small and medium-sized localized airports,especially in the western regions,there are many high-altitude and unmanned areas,and the equipments are different.It is impossible to realize the real-time sharing of observation data.Above all,the subject of this thesis is based on the meteorological agency of the northwest region in Xi'an,the localized airport automatic observation system is used as the collection site to establish an aviation meteorological data sharing system including 21 airports in the flight area.The key research direction is to design a data processing system that can receive data of automatic observation system from the regional airport station.It can continuously receive,decrypt and format the meteorological data,and through the preset message sharing interface to the database and to the weather information publishing system for data docking.Firstly,The thesis reviews the composition of the automatic observation system in the civil aviation field and its key observation objects,gives an example of the external data service format of the automatic observation system.It introduces and displays the meteorological professional data broadcasting of sharing database,and describes the application of the two standard data message formats.A communication encryption method using MD5 and TEA joint encryption is proposed.Then,the requirements of the data processing system are analyzed.According to the function type,the whole system is divided into five functional modules,which are the receiving data sub-function,the data decryption sub-function,the message format conversion sub-function,the message pushing sub-function and the data display sub-function.Using cases requirement for each sub-functions are proposed.Software function implementation of the processing system adopts object-oriented design,according to the proposed functional requirements analysis to the system sub-function division,so it is emphasis to design the functional module structure corresponding to its function,specifically to study the design and implementation of each function class process.Finally,through module testing,system testing and evaluation,the test results show that the design meets the preset functional requirements and achieves the expected results.
