Study On The Resource Utilization Of Crops Straw In Binxian County Of Heilongjiang Province

Straw is a valuable renewable resource,comprehensive development and utilization of straw can improve the utilization rate of straw,promote the development of agricultural circular economy and protect the ecological environment.This study takes Binxian as the research object,combines the existing agricultural straw utilization status and existing problems in Binxian County,and proposes the SWOT analysis and optimization of straw resource utilization.The survey data showed that:(1)The area planted with maize,rice and soybeans and the amount of straw in Binxian County in 2016-2018 are gradually increasing.At present,Binxian County achieved certain results in the straw fertilizer application and feed utilization.In 2018,the straw fertilizer application utilization was 279,900 tons;the straw feed utilization utilization was 642,800 tons;the straw energy utilization utilization was 377,500 tons;30 new solidification molding fuel stations were built,using 87,500 tons.The collection and utilization of straw in Binxian County have been improved,and the utilization efficiency has also increased.However,the base material and raw material of straw are both 0%,indicating that Binxian County has not yet introduced relevant enterprises to process straw.(2)In 2016 and 2017,a questionnaire survey was conducted on six natural farmers in Binxian County.The survey showed that that the traditional concept of straw burning still exists.At the same time,more farmers choose straw returning and green(yellow)stocks.However,few farmers choose to make straw into edible fungus culture medium,biogas and plate.At present,there are the following aspects in the utilization of straw resources in Binxian County: First,the shortage of key technical equipment and weak input capacity;second,the number of leading enterprises in the comprehensive utilization of straw in Binxian County is small,the degree of industrialization is low;third,Bin County is affected by factors such as equipment,raw materials,price and market,which makes the cost of new energyization of straw in Binxian County too high;fourth,the current scale of enterprises is not large,the economic support is insufficient,which has greatly restricted the smooth development of straw processing industrialization;fifth,the people of Binxian County have a weak awareness of the long-term interests,environmental and social benefits of comprehensive utilization of straw;sixth,the Binxian government has the lack of coordination between departments and the comprehensive utilization of straw.This study uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the resource utilization of crop straw in Binxian County,and analyzes the strengths and weaknesses,opportunitie s and threats of the current utilization of crop straw resources in Binxian County.(1)Strengths: First,the industrial advantage: Second,the policy advantage.(2)Weaknesses: there are still farmers in Binxian who burn crop straw,which not only pollut es the ecological environment,but also causes serious waste of resources and restricts the sustainable development of the agricultural economy in Binxian County.(3)Opportunities: First: The development trend of agricultural modernization has increased the opportunities for the utilization of straw resources in Binxian County.Second: The construction of ecological civilization puts forward urgent requirements for the utilization of crop straw resources in Binxian County.(4)Threats: First: The crop straw recovery system needs to be improved.Second: The scale of crop straw processing enterprises needs to be expanded.The amount of crop straw produced each year is gradually increasing.The Binxian County government should establish a green development concept,and take the comprehensive utilization of straw as a current key task.Here,the study puts forward the following suggestions for the comprehensive utilization of straw resources in Binxian County:(1)Strengthen the market-oriented operational mechanism led by the government.(2)Control,publicity,guidance and education should be promoted.(3)Improve the straw collection,storage and transportation service system.(4)Accelerate the research and development of science and technology.(5)The new development of straw needs to be based on a scientific and rational legal system.
