The traditional enzyme plate cell growth detection equipment can only be used for off-line detection,which is easy to cause bacteria in the sampling process,and most of them adopt the principle of photoelectric detection,and the structure is complicated and expensive.Therefore,the economical and portable enzyme plate growth is developed.Real-time online detection systems are important.In this paper,an image detection method for real-time automatic judgment of the growth of the enzyme-labeled plate cells by using machine vision in the process of microbial culture is proposed.Combined with the advantages of low cost,high performance and small size of the embedded system,the design is designed.An embedded,plaque growth assay system with high accuracy,real-time and high stability.Aiming at the specific implementation problems of the system,this thesis mainly studies three aspects: the enzyme labeling plate growth image detection algorithm,the hardware development platform construction and the embedded software system design.Firstly,according to the color difference of the culture medium of the microbial cells in different growth stages of the bacteria,an image detection method basedon the color characteristic value of the microbial growth assay was proposed,and the method was applied to the culture plate area of the microplate.The theoretical basis and implementation steps of the color feature extraction of the bacterial liquid,and the method of correcting the hole position of the enzyme standard plate to select the hole position area of the enzyme standard plate,effectively reducing the error of calculating the color characteristic value of the culture hole area,and at the same time satisfying In the production,the labeling and recording of different enzyme label plates realized the image processing algorithm for rapid detection and identification of the enzyme label bar code.Secondly,the RK3288 chip,industrial camera and LED fill light device were selected as the hardware development platform of the system.On this platform,the Linux operating system and third-party libraries such as OpenCV,Qt,Zbar,etc.were transplanted,and an embedded system hardware development platform was built.Finally,combined with the functional requirements of the actual application,image acquisition,threshold calculation and enzyme labeling were designed.System and graphics processing,cell growth detection and barcode recognition five major functional module program flow,developed system graphics User interface.After the completion of the whole system development,the sample cell culture experiment was designed,and the whole system was testedand analyzed.The test results showed that the accuracy of the system for the detection of bacterial growth and barcode identification was over 90%.The expected effect,the basic functions of the system can run stably,and have certain practical application value.
