Physical inactivity is an important risk factor for chronic diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes and hypertension.Proper exercise plays a significant role in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases."Exercise is Medicine" has become a global health promotion plan.At present, the design of exercise prescription for different groups tends to be refined, but more and more studies have found that the public's compliance with such "scientific" and "to achieve the best health benefits"exercise prescription is poor.Behavior change theory explains the occurrence, change and maintenance of health behaviors from psychological and behavioral perspectives.International studies showed that the success rate of exercise intervention guided by behavior change theory is higher. Therefore, this study combined behavior change theories such as the the transtheoretical model of change(TTM)and self-efficacy theory, with exercise prescription based on the principles of exercise physiology,to propose a design method of personalized exercise intervention program with high compliance, and verified the effectiveness of this method through an experiment. The main research contents include:1.Investigation on influencing factors of exercise compliance"Questionnaire Stars" was used to investigate the influencing factors of exercise compliance of residents in Hefei, and 1590 valid questionnaires were obtained.Through the analysis of the results,it was found that:(1)The overall situation.Among the respondents,669(42.1%)had regular exercise habits,407(25.6%)had no exercise habits, and 514(32.3%)had neither regular exercise habits nor exercise intentions.(2)Exercise motivation played a decisive role in the participation in exercise. For the group with regular exercise habits, the top factor to stick to exercise was "motivation/need for exercise";the top reason for the group without exercise habits was "the lack of interest in exercise".2.Study on individualized exercise intervention programAccording to the survey results,a design method of individualized exercise intervention program with high compliance was proposed.According to whether there was any exercise habit or intention at present, based on TTM model, the subjects were divided into three categories:exercise consciousness cultivation, exercise habit cultivation and scientific fitness guidance.(1)Exercise consciousness cultivation.By using the self-efficacy theory, individualized exercise and health education program was designed to enhance the motivation and awareness of exercise from the aspects of emphasizing the benefits of action and providing alternative experience.(2)Exercise habit cultivation.Based on the good consciousness of exercise, the unstructured exercise prescription with the goal of "moving your body" was designed to develop regular exercise habits.(3)Scientific fitness guidance.Based on the regular exercise habits, the structured exercise prescription based on the principles of exercise physiology was designed to achieve higher exercise goals.3.Construction of exercise intervention service systemBased on the design method of individualized exercise intervention program,an exercise intervention service system was constructed. The system adopted the structural design of perception layer, decision layer and application layer, covering the main functional modules of health detection, questionnaire management, comprehensive evaluation, program management and follow-up management. The service system realized the closed-loop process of exercise intervention,including"detection-evaluation-intervention-tracking" and realized the automatic inference of personalized exercise intervention program and the tracking management of intervention process.4.Personalized exercise intervention experiment verificationBased on the exercise intervention service system,62 subjects were randomly recruited in a community in Hefei to carry out personalized exercise intervention for a period of 2 months.By means such as providing classified guidance, using wearable device to monitor and offering regular remote tracking, the exercise compliance was significantly improved:the average daily number of steps increased by 3284 steps/day,the total amount of exercise increased by 860 METs-min/week,and the exercise intensity increased by 2.56 levels;significant exercise-health benefits were brought:the indexes of blood pressure, coronary blood supply function and body composition were all improved to different degrees;the exercise awareness was promoted as well as the scientific fitness knowledge was popularized. The results of the experiment confirmed the effectiveness of the design method of exercise intervention program from multiple perspectives.
