Resource,environmental and sustainable economic development are common problems faced by all countries.Since the emergence of green ideas in the 1980 s,countries have been vigorously developing green economy,and green development of enterprises has become an objective requirement for social and economic development.The amount of solid waste generated by industrial resource-based enterprises,industrial wastewater discharge and industrial waste gas emissions all account for a large proportion in the industrial sector.It can be seen that resource-based enterprises have great environmental damage and want to reduce environmental pollution.To achieve sustainable development,in the context of social construction and ecological civilization construction,resource-based enterprises must vigorously promote green development.This paper takes resource-based enterprises as the research object,based on the theory of planned behavior and the theory of nature resource-based view,to explore the impact of green human resource management on employees' green behavior and the intermediary role of employees' green behavior intentions.Firstly,the literature research method is used to search and study a large number of relevant domestic and foreign literatures,to understand the research status and theoretical blanks of green human resource management and employee green behavior,and to clarify the research questions and ideas of this paper.Secondly,on the one hand,the questionnaire data was used to collect the variable data.After a small sample pre-study based on the mature scale,a formal survey questionnaire was formed,and 300 questionnaires were distributed to the employees of the resource-based enterprises,and 260 valid questionnaires were collected.With SPSS23.0 and AMOS23.0 statistical analysis software,through the statistical analysis,the reliability and validity test,the common method deviation test,the correlation analysis,variance analysis and the multiple linear regression analysis and other statistical analysis methods,the paper is preliminarily tested.Theoretical model.On the other hand,through case studies,we will deeply explore the impact of green human resource management on employees' green behavior intentions and green behaviors,and provide detailed explanations for verification research hypotheses.The main research conclusions obtained in this paper include: first,there are significant differences in green behavioral intentions among employees with different academic qualifications,industries,types of enterprises,and jobs;There are significant differences in in-role green behavior among employees with different industries,types of enterprises;There are significant differences in extra-role green behavior among employees with different industries,types of enterprises,jobs,and years of work.Second,green human resource management has a significant positive impact on employees' green behavior.Combined with case analysis,resource-based enterprises mainly cultivate employees' environmental attitudes through green recruitment,green training,green performance,green compensation and green participation,and regulate employees' green awareness and green behavior inside and outside the role.Third,green behavior intention has a significant positive impact on employees' green behavior.It shows that the green behavior displayed in the employee's workplace has a lot to do with its internal psychological motivation.Although the enterprise management measures can regulate the employee behavior to a certain extent,it is still largely for the employee's willingness to produce green behavior.It is deeply influenced by personal attitudes and values.Fourth,green human resource management has a significant positive impact on green behavior intentions.The company's green human resource management practice can convey the concept of green and environmental protection to employees from the perspective of ideas and values,so that employees can recognize the company's corporate culture from the bottom of their hearts and achieve the unity of employees and corporate thought fronts.Fifth,the green behavior intention of employees plays a part in mediating the impact of green human resource management on employees' green behavior.Green human resource management can influence employees' green behavior by influencing employees' green behavioral intentions.Employee intention is the internal mechanism.Employee behavior is external performance.If the company wants employees to maintain green behavior,it needs to strengthen the internal psychological mechanism of employees through management measures.It is easier for employees to make environmental requirements and expectations for themselves.Inspire green behavior within and outside the role of the employee.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward management measures and suggestions from the enterprise and employee individual levels.It is expected to provide ideas for the green human resource management practices of resource-based enterprises and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of green management.At the same time,based on the whole research process,the shortcomings of this paper and the future research prospects are proposed.
