In recent years,China's environmental problems have become increasingly prominent.The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the requirements of building a "beautiful China",and the national 13 th five-year-plan development goals put more emphasis on the concept of "green development".In the latest global risk report issued by the world economic forum in 2019,environmental risk has been dominant for many years.Many sociologists also believe that environmental problems are the objective result of human bad environmental behavior.As a new concept,green human resource management has been defined as the practice of influencing employees' green behavior in the workplace.For enterprises,the success of implementing green policy depends largely on the green behavior of employees.Therefore,this study takes employees at all levels of the enterprise as the research object,and discusses the influence mechanism of green human resource management on employees' green behavior.Based on the theory of social exchange and the theory of personal-environmental matching,this research established a regulated dual intermediary model,it took 281 corporate internal personnel at different levels as the survey subjects,and used questionnaire surveys on their corporate green human resource management and investigate personal green behaviors,relational psychological contracts,environmental knowledge and green values.The results show that:(1)green human resource management has a significant positive predictive effect on green behavior of employees;(2)relational psychological contract plays an intermediary role between green human resource management and employee green behavior;(3)environmental knowledge plays an intermediary role between green human resource management and employee green behavior;(4)the mediating role of relational psychological contract between green human resource management and green behavior of employees is regulated by green values.The research results explain the relationship between green human resource management and green behavior of employees,and provide an important basis for enterprises to implement green human resource management practice and promote green behavior of employees.
