With the continuous progress and popularization of medical imaging technology and the Internet,medical images have implemented large-scale electronic storage,and form an electronic data resource which is becoming increasingly large.The diagnosis of cancer cells,human organs diseases needs to rely on the analysis of medical images formed by imaging technology such as CT,X-ray,ultrasound,nuclear magnetic resonance.It can be seen that medical images play an important role in the medical field.Medical images are huge in volume and complex in structure and involving patient privacy.It is of great significance to realize the safe storage and sharing of medical resources for promoting the progress of the medical field.At present,the problems of medical image sharing in the medical industry are as follows:1.Data storage technology and traditional data security strategies used in medical image sharing solutions cannot fully guarantee the security of patient privacy information;2.In medical image diagnosis,doctors and patients have different control and utilization of medical image of patients.Patients have no knowledge of how the hospital handles their medical image information,and they are unable to control the medical image information provided by themselves.Therefore,the patient may conceal personal information at the time of the visit,thereby reducing the quality of the visit.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes a secure medical image sharing method based on credit score smart contract.The main key points of this method are:1.In view of the hidden dangers of traditional database storage and access to medical images,and the inability of patients to control their image sharing rights in the medical process,this paper proposes to use a secure and reliable distributed database-blockchain database to record the sharing process of medical images;The medical institution and the patient constitute a peer node in the distributed network to share the medical image information,and the medical image agreed to share by the patient can be accessed by other nodes,the patient controls the sharing right of the medical image information;2.For medical image files is large,it may cause large storage pressure and network transmission pressure on the blockchain database.This paper proposes a hierarchical storage method for storing image files themselves and image sharing process information separately;for the data security problem in the process of accessing,the mapping table of the medical image file and its storage address is established,and the process of accessing the medical image file is designed as a secondary access of storage address to medical image file itself;3.To improve the incentive model based on the micro-payment of the Ethereum platform,instead of using the incentive method of tokens,the credit score incentive mechanism based on the patient reputation/contribution value is designed in combination with the medical image.Smart contracts realize the calculation and change of credit scores,and carry out the value conversion of trusted patient medical image sharing without human intervention,and improve the enthusiasm of patients to share medical images;4.This paper implements a secure medical image sharing platform based on credit score smart contract in Ethereum platform,tests the function of user login,query and upload image,and displays the process information of shared operation in Ethereum background.Finally,we compare and analyzing the positive effect of the proposed scheme on motivation to sharing of medical image securely.
