In this paper,the RV reducer is taken as the research object,and the design analysis of the transmission structure is carried out.The three-dimensional modeling and finite element simulation analysis of the mechanism are carried out,which has certain value for improving the performance of the reducer.The research is carried out from three aspects: three-dimensional modeling(structural analysis),modal analysis(resonance problem),and static analysis(structural strength).The full text of the research is as follows:(1)Analyze the structural characteristics of the RV reducer and use PTC Creo 4.0 for parametric modeling,complete machine assembly,etc.,to verify the rationality of the model.Based on this,the resonance problem research is carried out for the excitation frequency inside the RV reducer.Source,calculate the internal excitation frequency of the reducer.(2)Establish a virtual prototype,and use the finite element analysis software ABAQUS to perform modal analysis and static analysis on the natural frequency of the component,select the type of analysis,determine the contact conditions,and set the constraint relationship.The force-coupling model of the force is established.According to the crankshaft that is most vulnerable to damage inside the RV reducer,the force value of each shaft segment is analyzed and calculated for the subsequent finite element analysis.(3)Using the virtual prototype model,the finite element analysis is carried out,and the low-order mode shape and frequency of the whole machine and parts are obtained successively,and compared with the excitation frequency of the corresponding position,relevant data and conclusions can be obtained,which is the structure.The optimization provides a certain theoretical reference.Through the static analysis,the stress-strain cloud diagram of the crankshaft is obtained,and the structural strength and rationality of the crankshaft design are verified.From the static simulation,the maximum position and corresponding force on the crankshaft can be seen.The amount of deformation,the distribution of stress and strain between the crankshaft and the contact member is obtained,and the whole before and after the improvementThe natural frequencies of the machine were simulated and analyzed respectively.The corresponding conclusions were drawn and the reference for the optimization of the crankshaft design was provided.Through the above three aspects of research,the internal excitation frequency source and vibration characteristics of the RV reducer are analyzed and analyzed,which provides theoretical support for preventing the external excitation frequency and the weak part of the system itself.On the other hand,it also verifies the RV.The structural strength of the crankshaft of the important transmission part of the reducer provides a theoretical basis for the optimization of the RV reducer.
