The contradiction between the rapid development of the southwest mountainous city and the fragile geological environment is increasingly prominent.The urban development is subject to the strong geological hazards and also aggravates the frequency of geological hazards.Therefore,how to coordinate the relationship between urban development and geological environment is particularly important.As the primary work of urban construction and development,city planning dominates the development direction of the city.However,the current planning of land use types in urban construction land is out of line with the risk assessment and prevention work of geological disasters.The blind development of urban construction has caused life and property to face the threat of geological disasters.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to evaluate the risk of geological disasters from the perspective of urban planning,and providing suggestions for urban re-planning.In view of this,this study takes Jinyang County as an example,with the purpose of rational planning for each type of land use,and the geological disaster risk as the evaluation content,following the ideas and principles of engineering geology,statistics,urban planning,and the on-site reconnaissance,data collection,numerical simulation and other methods are combined to achieve risk assessment of different types of planning land.The main research results of the thesis include the following aspects:(1)Fully collect all kinds of geological survey and evaluation data related to the previous period,and combine the on-site investigation to find out the geological environment background of the geological disasters in the study area.At the same time,the status quo of urban development was investigated and investigated,and the contradiction between urban layout and urban development status and geological environment was identified.(2)Based on the existing urban and rural planning land classification system,this paper analyzes the relationship between the prevention and control planning of mountainous urban land use and geological disasters,and puts forward the classification basis of land use types.the influence degree of morphological characteristics and engineering action on geological disasters,the degree of vulnerability and the degree of response to disasters.The basis for the classification of land use types is as follows: morphological character,the influence degree of Engineering action mode on geological hazards,vulnerability,response of land use types to disasters.(3)For the risk assessment of geological hazards of internal construction land in the form of bolck,a risk assessment model is established,focusing on individual landslides and unstable slopes related to patterns of land use.The risk assessment system of geological hazards is put forward,which combines the risk assessment of geological hazards,the impact assessment of different planning land types on geological hazards,and the vulnerability assessment of different land types.The present risk assessment system was established.The sensitivity matrix method is used to predict and evaluate the impact of different land use types on geological hazards.The study transforms land use types into vulnerability,and obtains risk assessment results by using risk matrix method.The results show that the risk of six types of point land use under various geological hazards is quite different.The risk level of public management and public service land and commercial service facilities is the highest,followed by residential land and industrial land.Plaza and park green space have less disturbance to the geological environment,but have higher social value,so the risk is also high.The risk of warehousing land is low to moderate.(4)For linear planning land,the risk assessment model of geological hazards for linear planning land is put forward,focusing on the relationship between road land and strip protection land and geological hazards.The evaluation is mainly for road land,using information method and CRITIC method,and using spatial analysis function of the Arcgis to evaluate the stability of the slope in the region.On this basis,the vulnerability characteristics of highway are analyzed,and the risk of highway planning land is finally evaluated.Through the investigation and analysis of the slope risk,the evaluation results are in line with the reality.(5)According to the results of risk assessment of geological hazards for different types of planned land use,this paper puts forward suggestions for land use planning from four perspectives of "risk aversion","protection","evacuation" and "urban function" combined with urban development.
