With the rapid economic development since the reform and opening up,the national investment in infrastructure construction is increasing rapidly. However, due to the frequent ravages of complex terrain conditions and unfavorable weather in Zhejiang province, the infrastructure near the mountain is often affected by the geological disasters of the mountain. In order to ensure the normal operation of the infrastructure near the mountain,it is necessary to prevent and control geological disasters of the mountain timely. At the same time, the slope stability assessment is an important part of disaster prevention and control, and the assessment results have a guiding effect on the prevention and control work. Therefore, the study of slope stability assessment method has important practical significance.Slope stability assessment methods are divided into two categories: deterministic method and uncertainty method. The deterministic method includes limit equilibrium method and numerical simulation method, while uncertainty method includes reliability analysis, grey theory, artificial neural network and so on.Although traditional deterministic methods are still widely used in practical engineering, there are some shortcomings in these methods, such as the lack of uncertain information in data processing, which leads to low accuracy and large error of the results. However, although the existing uncertainty methods have been improved in the aspect of lacking of information, the uncertainty theory of application is often too complicated, which leads to the tedious calculation process, the huge amount of calculation and the difficulty in modeling, making it difficult to popularize the uncertainty methods in a wide range. Therefore,in order to better assist the prevention of slope disaster in Zhejiang Province, this paper attempts to introduce an uncertainty theory: neutrosophic number in the slope stability assessment, and verify its feasibility through practical samples. The main work of this paper is as follows:1.In this paper, for the first time, three kinds of multiple-attribute similarity methods based on neutrosophic number are proposed, and the characteristics of the three algorithms are described in detail.2.The stability of slope is classified by cluster analysis method based on similarity method, and the feasibility of the method in slope stability classification is verified by a series of matrix operations.3.The feasibility of the actual samples collected in the study area is verified by using the improved algorithm formula, and the characteristics of the three methods are analyzed by using the standard deviation value. Finally, the following results are obtained from the above studies:1.The clustering analysis method based on similarity measure improves the confidence of slope stability classification results.2.The results of the three multiple-attribute similarity methods based on the neutrosophic number in the slope stability assessment show that the calculation grade of slope stability is consistent with the actual grade and the degree is high.3.The comparison of the three methods is carried out by using the standard deviation value, and the applicable scope of each method is obtained.
