The Evolution Of Large Science Engineering From The Perspective Of Engineering Philosophy

From a philosophical perspective,engineering is a purposeful and planned integration of various elements.Through artificial transformation and creation,new practical activities are constructed.The main purpose is to transform the objective world to adapt to people's production and life.Evolution is a process of transformation from one form of existence to another.Engineering evolution is the evolution of productivity.The change of productivity and mode of production will bring about the change of social system.Based on science,this paper distinguishes different historical periods,dividing the historical periods of human society into three periods: small science,medium science and big science,and recognizes engineering activities,engineering subjects and engineering organizations in different periods.Since entering the "big science" period,The world economic and social development is facing tremendous changes which brought by scientific and technological progress.Comprehensive science and technological innovation ability has become the key to determine a country's competitiveness.World scientific research is moving towards the era of great intersection,big science and big engineering.The intrinsic attributes of large science engineering specifically represent the cluster characteristics of the role of large science attributes and engineering attributes,the social attributes of the role of large science attributes and engineering attributes,and the risk attributes of the role of large science attributes and engineering attributes.This paper probes into the possible evolution model of large science engineering in the future through the intrinsic attributes of large science engineering.Comprehensive National Science Center is a comprehensive national science center,which is a contemporary large scientific project immersed in social comprehensive factors with Chinese characteristics.In my opinion,the construction of comprehensive nationalscience center is an important exploration of the evolution path of modern large science engineering in China.Since the "two bombs and one satellite" project,China's major scientific projects have entered a state of slow development.China urgently needs to improve the existing situation and enhance its independent innovation ability and international competitiveness.Therefore,the comprehensive national science center emerged as the times require.Through the empirical analysis of the comprehensive national science center,its specific status and development form are established.From the perspective of Engineering evolution,some opinions on the construction of the comprehensive national science center are put forward.It is an empirical application of engineering evolution theory in the process of scientific and technological development in China.
