In addition, many researchers pointed out in the 1980 s that aerobic training has significant effects on body weight and body fat control,so aerobic training has a good effect in controlling body fat..With the advancement of time, more and more new ideas have emerged.Among them, resistance training has become a topic of research for related scholars. The main energy consumption of human body is mainly three points, namely basal metabolism, exercise activity and food heat effect. The most energy-consuming aspect of the human body is basal metabolism, which accounts for 70% of the total energy consumed by the human body, while resistance training improves the foundation.Metabolism has a significant help, the basal metabolism is improved, and the energy consumed by the body is increased, thereby achieving the purpose of controlling body fat. Therefore, the author intends to enable adolescent obese people to improve muscle mass, basal metabolism, etc.through anti-resistance training, plus aerobic training to reduce body fat, thereby achieving the purpose of improving body composition, healthy physical indicators and physical fitness. In addition, with the acceleration of economic development and the increasing living conditions, various high-calorie foods are flooding the lives of teenagers.Coupled with the pressure of academic work and tight time, young people lack the necessary amount of exercise in their daily lives. The phenomenon of obesity among adolescents.Adolescent obesity is one of the important factors affecting adolescents' physical health and quality of life.Body composition indicators, body composition related indicators(health physical indicators and physical quality indicators)are important indicators for assessing adolescent health. In recent years, many studies on resistance training have shown that resistance training has a positive positive effect on adolescent body composition.Since many of the previous research contents are based on the influence of aerobic exercise on human body composition, this paper will focus on research. In the resistance training combined with the effect of aerobic training on the body composition of adolescent obese people.Using the method of exercise intervention, the author seeks to prove whether resistance training combined with aerobic training has a positive effect on the body composition, healthy physical indicators and physical fitness of adolescent obese people. So that more young people can establish a scientific concept of weight loss, develop good eating habits, and cultivate the sports awareness of lifelong exercise, and provide empirical reference for the fat reduction of obese adolescents.Experimental method: In the DT fitness club winter holiday weight loss training camp,45 male and female obese adolescents aged 12-19 were selected as exercise intervention subjects, which were randomly divided into resistance training group, aerobic training group, resistance combined with aerobics.Training group, three groups.A health questionnaire was conducted onthe subjects before the experiment to ensure that they remained in a healthy state during the experiment.Forty-five subjects were tested for body composition and body composition related indicators prior to system training. After the 6-week experiment, the subjects were tested for body composition and body composition, and the changes in body composition and body composition before and after the experiment were compared. The experimental data were analyzed and the study was obtained.result.Training Arrangement: Three groups of subjects were given resistance training, aerobic training, resistance training and aerobic training in five days from Monday to Friday. In each training, the resistance training group selected 6 resistance training exercises, each group of 5 groups, using 60%-80%1RM weight,8-12 reps, rest between groups for 45 seconds(total time is about 60 minutes);aerobic training group For 60 minutes of aerobic training, the heart rate is maintained at 60%-70% of the maximum heart rate, the aerobic training method uses a treadmill or elliptical machine;the resistance training combined with the aerobic training group, select 3 resistance training exercises, each 5 groups of exercises, another 30 minutes of aerobic training, heart rate to maintain 60%-70% of the maximum heart rate, aerobic training to take a treadmill or elliptical machine(total time is about 60 minutes).Study has shown that:Experimental results:(1)The skeletal muscle content of the resistance training group, the resistance training combined with the aerobic training group, and the skeletal muscle content of the aerobic training group decreased, and the three groups of subjects Bone mineral density, body fat content, body weight, basal metabolism, chest circumference, waist circumference,waist-to-hip ratio were improved before and after the experiment.(2)In terms of skeletal muscle content, the resistance training group improved the most, and the resistance training was combined with aerobic training. In the group, the aerobic training group had a negative effect. The resistance training combined with the aerobic training group had no significant difference compared with the resistance training group. In addition, the resistance training combined with the aerobic training group had no significant changes in the leg muscles.(3)Bone mineral density On the other hand, the resistance training group improved the most, followed by the resistance training combined with the aerobic training group, the aerobic training group improved the minimum, the resistance training combined with the aerobic training group had no significant difference compared with the resistance training group, and the resistance training combined There was no significant increase in the bone mineral density of some male subjects in the aerobic training group and the resistance training group.(4)Body fat content, resistance training combined with aerobic training The training group decreased the most, followed by the aerobic training group, and the resistance training group decreased the least. The resistance training combined with the aerobic training group was significantly different from the aerobic training group.(5)In terms of body weight, the aerobic training group decreased the most, followed by Resistance training combined with aerobictraining group, resistance training group decreased the least, aerobic training group compared with resistance training combined with aerobic training group no significant difference(6)basal metabolism, resistance training combined with aerobic training group promotion The most, followed by the resistance training group, the aerobic training group improved the least, the resistance training combined with the aerobic training group compared with the resistance training group was not significantly different(7)chest circumference, waist circumference, waist to hip ratio, the aerobic training group decreased The most, followed by the resistance training combined with the aerobic training group, the resistance training group decreased the least, the resistance training combined with the aerobic training group compared with the aerobic training group no significant difference.Experimental conclusions:(1)Resistance training can effectively increase skeletal muscle content, improve basal metabolism, promote bone reconstruction, and improve bone stiffness.(2)Aerobic training can effectively control weight gain, reduce fat,and long-term aerobic training leads to bones.Decreased muscle mass, decreased basal metabolism(3)Resistance training combined with aerobic training can increase lean body mass while reducing body fat content, which can significantly improve body shape.(4)Low-intensity,low-frequency lower limb resistance Training has a relatively small increase in muscle mass in the lower limbs.(5)Low-intensity,low-frequency lower limb resistance training combined with a large number of long-term low-intensity aerobic training has little effect on lower limb muscle mass.(6)Low-intensity resistance Training has little effect on the skeletal stress stimuli of male adolescents with a certain amount of daily exercise.
