As our country continues to advance towards a developed country, people's quality of life is getting higher and higher.Leisure time has also increased, with people using it to watch TV dramas, party and eat and drink too much.Accumulate over a long period of time the quantity of heat exceeds the standard, the adipose that stores on the body rose gradually to form fat. Some nutritional diseases will follow, such as high blood pressure, metabolic abnormalities, stroke,Cushing's disease and other diseases, which will bring trouble and harm to human life.Survey found that most obese people concentrated in adults, especially middle-aged men,in order to life and family day and night,at work will also have a lot of social parties, irregular habits, combined with the traffic convenience, self heat consumption is insufficient,in imperceptible became rich,we all know that this is not a good thing,It will affect the body's metabolism, state and work efficiency,so it is urgent to control and reduce the number of obesity. In the context of the media,we all know that life lies in exercise, through exercise can bring better body and more energy at the same time can lose weight. At present, there are many ways to reduce fat by exercise.Among them, the middle and low intensity continuous training and high intensity interval training are the first. These two methods are the experts' default better exercise and fat reduction methods, but there are more relevant theories and relatively few of them have practical significance. This research USES the literature material method, experimental method, mathematical statistics research methods, selection of jingzhou big Zhang Jianshen club30 obese middle-aged men, ultimately through the relevant experiment, questionnaire screening to determine 20 obese middle-aged men with quantity is divided into two groups at random high-intensity intermittent training and continuous low intensity training, test cycle for eight weeks,Every Monday,Tuesday,Thursday and Friday,we start with 60 minutes of targeted training in the afternoon. In order to get high intensity intermittent training and continuous low intensity data in the training of the subjects' body composition and physiological function of data, the influence of the influence of the data collected through the experiment analysis confirmed that the high-intensity intermittent training combined with exercise prescription in middle-aged male obese people to lose fat thin body is better than low intensity continuous training. To provide more theoretical and practical experience for obese middle-aged men,and at the same time to improve the physical quality of middle-aged men and reduce the probability of obesity. The subjects in the high intensity interval training group and the moderate and low intensity continuous training group experienced 8 weeks of regular exercise in combination with exercise prescription, and the related data changes were as follows:1.In terms of reducing body shape indexes of middle-aged men, both low and medium intensity continuous training and high intensity interval training have good intervention effects. The test results show that both P < 0.01,and the difference is very significant.2.Through analysis and comparison,in terms of reducing body weight, body fat,BMI and waist-hip ratio of middle-aged obese men,the effect of high-intensity interval training combined with exercise prescription is more efficient than that of medium-low intensity continuous training.3.Both low and medium intensity continuous training and high intensity interval training have significant effects on improving subjects' heart rate and blood pressure indexes. The t-test showed P > 0.05,and there was little difference between the two kinds of training.
