With the development of computer 3D visualization technology,3D geological modeling technology of ore deposits were becoming more and more mature.Modeling of mined deposits is helpful to understand the deeper geological structure and metallogenic rules of the deposits.The modeling can guide deep prospecting and lay a foundation for the blind exploration of the second prospecting space.Yunji ore deposit is one of the ore deposits with high mining degree in Xiangshan ore field.Since its discovery in 1957,a lot of research works have been carried out and a certain amount of deposit data has been accumulated.But there are few studies related to three-dimensional geological modeling.In this paper,on the basis of collecting geological data of Yunji deposit,using GOCAD and other related software,the three-dimensional geological modeling of Yunji ore deposit is studied,and the following results are obtained:(1)The geological data related to the Yunji ore deposit are collected,including the profile of the exploration line,the drilling data,the plan of the mining project in the middle section,the contour data of the mining area and the geological map of the mining area.On the basis of digitizing and collating the collected data,the geological database of Yunji ore deposit is established.(2)The idea of modeling is mainly based on section modeling and combined with various modeling methods.A three-dimensional geological model of Yunji ore deposit is established on the GOCAD software platform.The process of modeling is to select and process the collected geological data,and generate the geological interface(including the DEM,faults,strata,rock mass and boundary surfaces)by various surface building methods,and then generate the 3D geological model of the deposit.The three-dimensional model of deposit shows the contact relationship between geological bodies,and revealed the relationship between deep orebody,faults and host rock.(3)A three-dimensional engineering model of the Yunji ore deposit is established by using the mining plan of the middle section.The construction methods of horizontal roadway,vertical roadway and inclined roadway are introduced in detail respectively.And the 3d exploration and mining engineering model constructed can provide certain basis for the construction and mining of digital mine.(4)A general display platform for 3d geological model is developed basing on PDF format.Basing on Acrobat,the platform can load the model into it and construct the human-computer interactional interface.The application scope of geological model is expanded by realizing 3d visual operation.(5)Through the establishment of geological database,three-dimensional geological model,engineering model of Yunji ore deposit and the development of display platform,it provides comprehensive three-dimensional geological data for geologists to carry out deeper prospecting work,and optimizes the traditional geological prospecting method from the dimension.The model can also be used to obtain the required geological maps and data from any direction,Angle and distance,which is helpful to improve the efficiency of geological data invocation and has certain guiding significance for the production and research of ore deposits.
