The 3D laser scanning technology mainly uses the point cloud to reflect the 3D data of the surface of the object,and through the processing of the point cloud data,the final3 D result is obtained,so the quality of the point cloud data directly determines the accuracy of the measurement result.The 2D measurement results and the generated images were far from meeting the design requirements.3D was used to obtain complete internal 3D information.Laser scanning technology,which can quickly reconstruct the3 D model of the target by means of third-party modeling software,and also obtain the same 3D image as the real scene.However,due to the complexity inside the factory,it was basically impossible to obtain three-dimensional information in one stop.It was necessary to use the registration and splicing of point cloud data,and the accuracy of the registration of point cloud data directly determines the final measurement result.Therefore,the following four aspects were studied for the purpose of studying how to improve the final measurement results.1)The working principle and development status of 3D laser scanner were summarized,and the advantages of the French Z+F 3D laser scanning equipment applied to the experimental project found out in this paper.The user provided a certain reference on the selection of the instrument.2)The error source and error processing method of the 3D laser scanner was discussed from the three aspects of the instrument itself,the reflection target and the external environment,such as the distance between the stations,et al.3)The theoretical point error at a certain distance according to the principle of the ground 3D laser scanner and calculate the point error of the ground 3D laser scanner in practical application by comparing with the total station were calculated,and verified the point the relationships between the error and the scanning distance.4)The target ball splicing under multiple stations and combine the total station with the ball prism to obtain the point cloud precision comparison analysis was verified.Figure 41;Table 12;Reference 52...
