The emergence of laser processing technology has promoted the rapid development of domestic industrial manufacturing field,and made significant technological changes in traditional processing technology.With the development of Internet of Things technology,NB-IoT(Narrow-band Internet of Things)technology has also been proposed.Through the technology of "NB-IoT+Laser",laser processing equipment can be monitored in real time,and the data collected during the operation of laser processing equipment can be collected,and then large data analysis can be carried out to achieve remote real-time troubleshooting of laser processing equipment.Besides,it also provides remote technical support for the maintenance of laser processing equipment.By analyzing the deficiency of remote monitoring function of laser processing equipment in our country,this paper studies the remote monitoring system of laser processing equipment,which takes NBiot development board as the core,uses cloud server to transmit monitoring data and remote control instructions,and takes computer terminal and mobile terminal as monitoring terminal.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Taking laser marking machine,a typical representative of laser processing equipment,as the research object,its structure and working principle are analyzed.Based on the NBiot development board with NB-IOT technology as the hardware platform,the overall scheme of remote monitoring system including data acquisition,transmission,storage and application software development is designed.(2)In depth analysis of the NBiot development board 4G communication function and laser marking machine PLC controller serial communication mechanism based on the laser marking machine work remote data acquisition and transmission of data format and communication protocol settings,realize the cloud platform based on Internet access laser equipment.(3)According to the design requirement of remote monitoring application software on Android mobile terminal and PC computer terminal,the local database and data table are designed to store the remote monitoring data of laser processing equipment.The design and development include cloud-end communication,user management,real-time monitoring of laser equipment,remote adjustment and control of laser equipment parameters are also included.Practical application software of system,fault feedback processing and other functions.
