| Enrollment of freshmen is one of the major tasks of every university every year.It is of great significance for both schools and freshmen to organize and manage the work more effectively so as to make freshmen have a better enrollment experience.At present,the greeting system of colleges and universities in China mainly uses Internet technology to realize the functions of personal information collection,dormitory allocation,household registration and payment,so as to simplify the process and improve the efficiency of work.With the rapid development and popularization of geographic information technology,intelligent mobile terminal equipment and Internet + technology,the construction of smart campus is an inevitable trend.Based on the traditional university greeting system,this paper uses geographic information system to realize the 3D visualization of campus,further expands the functions of the greeting system,has better user experience for new students and management departments,and provides more functions for the construction of intelligent campus.In this paper,the greeting system is mainly based on B/S architecture,taking Weishui Campus of Chang’an University as the research object,making base map data,and using CityEngine to build the 3D scene model of the campus.By issuing 3D map service through ArcGIS Enterprise series products,an information system for university freshman orientation is developed.The front-end of the system adopts HTML/CSS/JavaScript and other mainstream development technologies,the back-end uses ASP.NET framework,and the database uses SQL Server relational database.It mainly realizes the functions of forecasting arrival,route planning,navigation in campus,inquiry and 3D campus scene browsing,and provides related services for the freshmen who report to the school,and provides corresponding functions of information management and data statistics for the school management department to improve its work efficiency.The main work of this paper includes:(1)Analyzing the main problems in the current university freshman orientation work,defining the research direction,studying the main technology and theory of 3D WebGIS,andunderstanding its operation principle and work flow.Determine the development framework,server,database needed for system development.(2)Making vector base map data,using interactive function in City Engine and CGA rules to make campus 3D scene,and then publishing the 3D scene to the geographic server through ArcGIS Enterprise series products,creating 3D scene service for system development.(3)Comprehensive modeling and analysis of the system is carried out in combination with the freshman orientation work in Colleges and universities.On the basis of user requirement analysis,business process analysis and functional requirement analysis,the overall structure of the system,each functional module and database are designed in detail.(4)Combining the traditional university freshman orientation work with the network 3D geographic information technology,the system is realized,and the relevant features of geographic information are used to serve the university freshman orientation work,thus incubating an integrated system suitable for the university freshman orientation,and promoting the university to move forward in the process of digital intellectualization. |
