Research On Marine Industry Structure Optimization Of Qingdao

Qingdao City,as the core area of Shandong Peninsula Marine Economic Zone and the leading city,with the good foundation and conditions.The development of the industry reflects the overall level and direction of a regional economic,which basically determines the quality and efficiency,which restricts the rise and fall of economic development.Therefore,it is particularly important that marine industry structure optimization strategy for development of marine industry.This paper mainly focuses on the development of marine industry in Qingdao,and analyzes the present situation and structure of marine industry.It constitutes the marine industry composition,industrial chain analysis and marine industry development foundation.The situation of the industrial structure includes the status quo of the overall industrial structure and the status quo of the sub-industries,and analyzes the development and technical support.The overall industrial structure is the perspective of the provincial and national marine industries.The deviation analysis method is used to analyze the industry from three aspects: share weight,structure weight and competitiveness component.Data envelopment model is the perspective of production efficiency to coordinate,and the third chapter and the fourth chapter to get the conclusions,which shows the development of marine industry in Qingdao City is not coordinated,the industrial structure needs optimization.In the part of structural optimization,by optimizing the rational of industrial structure resources,sustainable development and maximizing the value of industrial chain,it is determined that the optimization objective is the maximization of output,the minimization of energy consumption and the minimization of marine environmental pollution and a series of constraints,Through the parameters of each model,from the two aspects of the final optimization results analysis,one of the assumptions from the same circumstances in the case of marine production value of the previous year on the basis of the previous year,positive and negative changes of 5%,10%,15%,20%,25%,30% of the case of the target value of the model,the other is assumed that the marine industry to maintain the GDP growth rate of 10% to 20%,through two assumptions,comparison of the optimal results and the actual value,and ultimately get the optimization direction of each industry,and the sensitivity of each industry analysis,need to optimize the direction.The study shows that the marine industry structure of Qingdao is very competitive,and the optimization direction of the three industries of the ocean is obtained through the optimization model,and the optimization direction of the industry under the three marine industry structure is analyzed by sensitivity analysis.
