Research On Measures To Deepen The Reform Of Geological Prospecting Units In Province A

In recent years,influenced by the rise of international new energy sources and changes in energy demand,China's economic growth has entered a new normal and domestic supply-side reforms,the downward trend of the geological prospecting industry,an industry with both basic and public benefits,is relatively obvious.Geological exploration units in province a have been unable to achieve better development under the institution system,and a series of problems such as rigid management system,conservative personnel training and rigid operation mechanism need to be solved urgently.At the same time,the report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,etc.also calls for vigorously pushing forward the reform of public institutions in an all-round and deep way.In the long run,it is an inevitable result for geological prospecting units to carry out all-round enterprise management.Based on the theory of public management,taking the situation of China's geological exploration industry as the starting point,under the background of the reform of public institutions,combined with the reality of A province,based on questionnaire survey and personnel interviews,combined with relevant literature at home and abroad,this paper mainly discusses how to further adapt to economic development after the reform of geological exploration units in A province.The paper is divided into five parts: The first part mainly analyzes and discusses the background,significance,key words and research status at home and abroad of the reform of geological prospecting units in A province,and lays a solid theoretical foundation for the whole paper.The second part mainly carries on the questionnaire investigation and the personnel interview according to A province geological exploration unit restructuring present situation and so on,carries on the thorough analysis to the obtained content,and induces the reason which causes these questions from the unit management mechanism,the personnel structure and so on,namely the matter enterprise does not divide,the personnel structure is unreasonable and so on;The third part applies the new public management theory and organizational change theory,and combines the successful experience of foreign geological prospecting organizations and geological prospecting units in Inner Mongolia,Guangdong and other regions after restructuring.It puts forward the enterprise reform plan for geological prospecting units in A province,demonstrates the feasibility of the plan,and puts forward possible problems.The fourth part puts forward feasible countermeasures and suggestions for the reform of geological prospecting units in A province,including improving policies and regulations,improving core competitiveness by improving technical level and ensuring quality,establishing brand image,integrating industrial structure and information platform,strengthening public geological services and expanding commercial geological market.The fifth part is the conclusion of this article.This paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the reform and development of geological prospecting units in China.
