Rural tourism has great development potential.With the development of rural development strategy in China,developing rural tourism has become one of the important means to increase farmers' income.The 13 th Five-Year Plan of the State clearly proposes that we should speed up the development of rural tourism,speed up the integration of the first,second and third industries in rural areas,and revitalize the vitality of rural economic.Based on the characteristics,development status and problems of rural tourism resources in Guyuan City.This research uses literature analysis method,field survey method,and comparative analysis method to systematically study the development mode of rural tourism resources in Guyuan City,and puts forward a sound strategy to provide reference for the development of rural tourism resources in Guyuan City.The first part of this paper introduces the purpose and significance of the topic,the general situation of the research on rural tourism in China and foreign countries.The second part defines the concept and theoretical basis of rural tourism.The third part focuses on the analysis of the characteristics of rural tourism resources in Guyuan City,and the existing problems in the development and development.In the fourth part,we collect and collate the classic models of domestic rural tourism resource development cases,compare and analyze their advantages and disadvantages,and point out the importance of the participation of government,enterprises,and farmers in rural tourism development and sum up the Enlightenment for the development of rural tourism in Guyuan City.The fifth section identified the basic requirements and principles for the development of rural tourism resources in Guyuan City,and established the resource development model of “government + enterprise + farmers + Internet” for Guyuan City.The three main bodies and one platform are used for functional responsibility positioning.The sixth part proposes countermeasures for the development and popularization of rural tourism resources in Guyuan City,and points out that ecological protection should be taken as the goal in the development of rural tourism resources to achieve the sustainability of rural tourism resources,to clarify government functions,give play to the leading role of the government,and Institutional innovation,safeguarding the interests of farmers,guiding farmers to get rid of poverty,and other proposals.
