The tour line selecting and organizing play an important role in the plan of forest park, is one of the key factors in determining planning success or failure. However, the traditional tour road selecting (CAD) has many problems in surveying the place, and has a low efficiency and poor accuracy. GIS (Geographic Information System) technology, a new emerging discipline, as a set of information science, computer science, geography and management science, whose powerful space analysis capabilities unmatched by other technologies advantage. Therefore, this paper take Goose-shaped Mountain Forest Park tour road selecting as the research object, using GIS spatial analysis modular, analyze and select the factors affected Forest Park tour road selection, then by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the weight of each factor, superposition based on GIS Goose-shaped Mountain Forest Park tour road line selection area and finally obtain the Tour road selection. Through the GIS network analysis functions, according to the visitor questionnaire results, combined with the Goose-shaped Mountain Forest Park internal attractions, organize tour lines of different themes, and discussed GIS technology in Forest Park tour line selection and application of the method, basically have the following conclusions:(1) According to the questionnaire survey of tourists can know:the tourists’age of whom visiting Goose-shaped Mountain Forest Park, were local visitors ranging from21years to40years,56.7%of visitors selected the one-day tour and preferred to travel with friends and teams. The park’s most popular attraction is the Chang Jiadong area and Mountain Stone Scenic area, which had a proportion of91.7%and84.2%respectively.19.4%of visitors expressed dissatisfaction of the existing tour line design. The questionnaire results analysis could supply a good basis for defining the tour line subjects of Goose-shaped Mountain Forest Park.(2) Through evaluation and analysis, the four factors which influence the tour road selecting were determined, elevation, slope, geological and visual sensitivity. Then by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine the weight of each factor, which are0.27,0.16,0.06,0.51respectively. And through the hierarchy evaluation method to assign, score ranges from0to100. The cumulative value of tour road selecting of Goose-shaped Mountain Forest Park was got by layer superposition. On this basis, through the analysis of the shortest path method, combining the theory and practice, the best tour line of Goose-shaped Mountain Forest Park was chosen.(3) By comparing and analyzing the result of tour road selecting of Goose-shaped Mountain Forest Park and the existing tours, it showed that the coincidence degree reached75%. According to the results of questionnaire survey, finding out the corresponding satisfaction and the dissatisfaction needed to improve, added four new routes by the line selection method:Strange and Colorful stone--the View spot; Yan Ban Yin-the Camp; Qing mountain temple-Flower Garden; Ginkgo of thousands years-Stone Cattle Harbor.(4) Applied the network analysis method of GIS and combined with the Goose-shaped Mountain Forest Park tourist questionnaire survey analysis, then the residence time of tourists in the scenic spots were statistical and estimated, and added traffic mode, four tour routes of different themes were organized:①The tour line which prefer to the tourists who dare to venture and enjoy outdoor experience;②The tour line which include health fitness, leisure and entertainment;③The tour line which in the main of religious pilgrimage and feel the profound cultural background, while enjoy the natural beauty as a supplement;④The tour line which in the main of the farmhouse, camping fishing and science education ornamental supplemented.
