Research On Emergency Management System For External Biological Disasters Based On Internet Technology

With the rapid development of economy and the vigorous development of international tourism and transportation,together with changes in the natural environment in our country,the possibility of outbreaks of alien biological disasters in our country has been greatly increased.At present,there are at least 400 kinds of alien organisms that invading China.These organisms have impacted on China's agriculture and forestry,ecological balance,and social economy.Due to the existence of multi-faceted,multi-dimension uncontrollable invasive alien organisms and the narrow sources of information sources for invasive alien data,the corresponding emergency management is comparatively lagging behind.In the era of the rise of the mobile Internet,we can use the technological power of internet to make up for the currently weaker links.In that case,we can take full advantages of the information age,providing reliable technical support for China's challenges of foreign biological disasters.This article has conducted in-depth research on emergency management of foreign organisms.With the help of mobile Internet technology,the following research work has been done:1?In the field of external biological emergency management,a method of information collection combining mobile image acquisition and recognition is proposed.Image capture and other methods are used to perform edge extraction and processing on acquired images.The mobile information is collected as one of the important channels for the acquisition of alien biological information.2?A network topic crawler that meets the mobile application scenario is designed.The crawled information is populated into the topic knowledge base in a self-growth manner.The KAG-Crawler algorithm framework is used to calculate the relevance of webpage content and subject,URL anchor text,and topic,so as to achieve data acquisition through mobile internet crawling.3?By adopting internet,as well as analyzing the work mode of alien biological early-warning,emergency plan,command and dispatch,an external biological emergency management system which is based on mobile internet was developed.
