With the gradual deepening of urbanization in China,the quality of urban environment is related to the health and safety of the vast majority of people.As an important part of urban environment,outdoor wind environment not only has the complexity of general urban wind environment,but also has its own particularity.Understanding and mastering the distribution characteristics and laws of urban wind environment plays an important role in the diffusion of urban pollutants,urban heat island effect,outdoor thermal comfort,human health and safety,and building energy saving.At present,there is a lack of hierarchical and systematic study on the outdoor wind environment of urban residential quarters,and little consideration has been given to the differences and interaction of wind environment at different scales,while too much attention has been paid to the imminent problems of wind environment quality assessment.According to the current evaluation criteria,the wind environment quality evaluation indicators are selected based on the principles of behavioral comfort,operability and seasonal adaptability of the wind environment quality assessment method.By comparing field measurement with CFD numerical simulation,the reliability of numerical simulation method is verified,which provides technical possibility for further realizing virtual wind field optimization.Multi-scale analysis strategies,i.e.,city,community,building and green plant scale,are developed,and three-dimensional steady-state and k-? two-equation turbulence model under the framework of N-S equations are adopted.Starting from the flow mechanism of the flow field,the variation law of key wind environment quality index parameters such as wind speed,wind pressure and wind direction inside and outside the residential area is studied through the analysis of simulation software,which provides suggestions for multi-scale optimization of the residential area's wind environment,and carries out a comprehensive case study.
