China is a country with frequent earthquake,For the rapid increase in the proportion of urban high-rise buildings of reinforced concrete structure,After the collapse of the majority of concrete frame and shear wall high-rise structure.Combined with the actual situation of earthquake rescue at home and abroad in recent years,the use of existing construction machinery as a platform,put forward to solving the idea with the development of disaster relief solution.The device through the conversion interface,so that the existing engineering machinery can be quickly converted into special rescue equipment,so that a professional rescue equipment can be quickly put into life rescue in the first time,To meet the urgent needs of large-scale rescue equipment for future earthquake relief.Therefore,It is of great practical significance to develop low-perturbation,high efficiency,small size and easy storage of construction machinery rescue device.This article has carried on the preliminary research,the main achievement as follows:It is proposed that the diamond chain saw has the advantages of high efficiency,low disturbance and no need of tool change.It was used as a tool to develop the prototype of the first generation of the rescue system,the prototype of the dynamic analysis,and build experimental prototype and design a control system,so that the prototype to achieve automated operation.In this paper,It is proposed that the idea of cutting the concrete with the angle of the chain saw is made in the process of horizontal cutting.According to this idea,the design of the chain saw a small angle swing mechanism.In the swing mechanism,the chain saw and the rotating connection plate between the addition of a flexible link,play the role of cushioning and shock absorption.The prototype and two degrees of freedom platform to form a chain saws rescue system,The dynamic characteristics of the front-end rescue system are studied,and the natural frequency of the system is obtained.The frequency of the experiment is basically consistent with the modal data of ANSYS analysis,Show that the finite element model and the correctness of the test method are verified by experiments.Through the excavation experiment of the faulty system,the excavation parameters of the excavation system are verified experimentally...
