The Dahongliutan area in West Kunlun,Xinjiang Province,China has undergone a complex history of geological evolution, with complex stratigraphic and structural characteristics, where several geochemical elements such as lithium(Li)and beryllium(Be)within the region are unusually significant. The potential of rare metal deposits such as lithium beryllium is huge.A number of lithium beryllium deposits have been discovered in the area. However, this area belongs to the high-altitude and deep-cut area, the natural conditions are extremely harsh, and the degree of geological investigation is very little. How to efficiently conduct remote sensing lithium ore exploration in this area is an urgent problem. In this paper, taking Dahongliutan area of West Kunlun as the research area, the multi-element remote sensing image, referring to the regional geological and metallogenic background and the lithium beryllium deposits, combined with the information of geochemical exploration and structure, the remote sensing prospecting model of pegmatite type lithium beryllium deposit in Dahongliutan area of West Kunlun is constructed, and the remote sensing metallogenic prediction of lithium beryllium deposit is carried out.The main research contents of this article are as follows:1.Anatomy of many existing lithium beryllium ores, and use of remote sensing images such as ASTER,Landsat 8 OLI,and Sentinel-2 to extract alteration information related to lithium mineralization. It is found that the hydroxyl alteration has a good correspondence with known ore deposits and geochemical anomalies.Based on the extraction of iron-stained remote sensing alteration information,it is found that the iron-salt alteration is high in the periphery of the lithium mine(halo),and the ore sites are mostly located near the regional northwest faults, which has a good indicator of ore indication.A remote sensing ore prospecting model for typical lithium deposits in the study area;2.A series of granitic pegmatite vein samples derived from the inner and outer contact zones of granites obtained in the field exploration were tested by Hyperspectral method in the laboratory, and a typical rock and mineralspectrumlibrary related to the mineralization of lithium beryllium ore in Dahongliutan area was established. The test results were analyzed and classified, and it was found that each lithology has its own unique spectral characteristics, which can be used as a marker to distinguish each lithology and provide a physical basis for lithology identification and alteration information extraction;3.Based on the analysis of the exploration anomalies of Bailongshan lithium deposit,507 gou lithium deposit and 509 daobanxi lithium deposit in the study area,it is found that the above lithium deposits are all located in the areas with high geochemical background values of rare metal elements such as Li,be,Rb and B,which provides a good indication for the delineation of the prospecting area.Based on the above studies, the favorable strata, structure,be element anomaly area,Li ?Bi?Be and Rb element anomaly areas are determined by the relationship between the formation, structure, geochemical data, remote sensing alteration information and metallogenic law of typical pegmatite type lithium deposits such as Bailongshan lithium mine and 509 daobanxi lithium mine in the study area.According to the layers of aster,Landsat 8 oli and sentinel-2 extracted by remote sensing, the study area was delineated as a far-off area. There are 11 remote sensing prospecting areas.
