Stepped price of water plays an important role in both our daily life and water resource management.Based on the method of network Meta-analysis and Cluster Analysis,the direct factors that affect the price of waterwere researched.Therefore,it is avoided to add subjective water price influencing factors to people's subjective cognition,and establish a water pricing model that meets the actual needs of both parties.The process of pricingbecame scientifically and objectively.Newidea applied the computer technology for water resources management would be practicable.Taking the actual waterused one city as an example,The literature reports collected in the previous period and the water price influencing factors of the actual research are data sources.Firstly,the inverse variance method,Mantel-Haenszel method and random effect analysis method of the mesh meta-analysis method are used to find out the direct water price influencing factors,and then The K-means clustering algorithm and the fuzzy C-means clustering algorithm of the class analysis method verify the most important water price influencing factors,and find out the stage division of the peak-level valley value of the overall water use situation,and explore a practical and achievable condition for both water supply and water supply.Dynamically adjusted ladder water price pricing model.The model could be applied in the urban price of water,especially in this city.Some good advice would be given and the existing price management mode of water would be optimized.Thereasonable water price standard depends on the influencing factors of the real water price.According to the relationship between supply and demand of social water resources,the water price could be managed dynamically.Establishing a pricing model of water could provide the useful support for the healthy and orderly development of the urban.
