The Fresnel incoherent digital holographic system(FINCH)uses spatial light modulator(SLM)and charge-coupled device(CCD)as the core elements.By designing the phase mask loaded on the SLM,the light from any point of the incoherent object is divided into Two self-coherent beams,which is the point source hologram(PSF)after interference.All point source holograms are superimposed and recorded by CCD,which is the incoherent hologram of the object.After the hologram is numerically processed and reconstructed,the three-dimensional spatial information of the object can be obtained.Compared with the traditional holographic system,the system has the characteristics of simpler structure,more flexible recording and reconstruction,lower requirements for the coherence of the light source,and more importantly,it can be matched with any mature optical system as a module.this paper mainly studies the imaging characteristics of holographic color camera based on FINCH system.the liquid crystal adjustable filter(LCTF)is introduced into the FINCH system to record the hologram of the object at different illumination wavelengths.after reconstruction and spectral image fusion,the Three-dimensional color reconstruction image of the object is obtained.The system can not only obtain three-dimensional spatial information of objects,but also extract spectral information,expand the information dimension of light detection,and have potential application prospects in the fields of microbial detection and tracking,high-precision industrial detection,national defense science and technology,space remote sensing and identification,agricultural and forestry production and pest control industry.The thesis consists of four parts:(1)The point diffusion function of a typical FINCH system is analyzed,the factors affecting the resolution of the system are studied,and the USAF1951 standard resolution board imaging is verified.(2)Introducing LCTF into the FINCH system,gived the point spread,lateral magnification and reconstruction distance of the color holographic recording system analyzed the relationship between lateral magnification and wavelength.By designing a phase mask,the system can obtain a spectrum hologram with constant magnification without any mechanical scanning.Build an incoherent digital color holographic system to record the red,green,and blue holograms of color earrings and dice,and obtain a color three-dimensional image with high color reproducibility after reconstruction and fusion.(3)A non-coherent digital spectral hologram recording system with constant lateral magnification above is used to record the spectral hologram of the dice every 10 nm in the visible light band,and the spectral curve of any point on the surface of the dice is obtained after reconstruction.(4)Combining the incoherent digital spectral holography system with microscopic imaging technology,the biological cell samples were selected as experimental objects,and the morphological and spectral information of tissue cells could be obtained simultaneously after recording and reconstruction,which provided a new way for tumor recognition.
